I had hair in my biscuit so I took it back. The funny thing is the customer in front of me had the same issue. The manager had the nerve to have an attitude! I'm not eating hair dummy. She never said sorry just twisted her lips up and asked me what I wanted. I got my money back but no apologies were made. Surprised hardee's is still holding on.

Waited in drive thru for a long time.Drink tasted terrible.Food was cold man was rude.Worst experience have had at a Hardee's bad place and place was dirty do not go there.

If I could give 0 star, I would! Ordered burger & fries and chicken strips, all were old and cold! I almost threw up tasting the chicken strips! It taste spoiled already! Gross!!

These guys will put bacon with a burnt beyond burger patty that is supposed to not have any meat. Staff was friendly but the kitchen was super gross.

Blamed Uber eats driver for not picking up full order!! Really when your dinning room is closed and all that need to be done was fill the order and hand it out. When called to complain to the manager I was hung up on immediately!!! Maybe this location needs an overhaul and staff retraining!!

Hardee's Looks Great In This Historic Town Charlottesville, VA.
Employees do a good job but please in morning if u have 7 orders...call ahead so us ppl that just want a sandwich dont have to wait 20min
The food was okay but the cleanliness of this place needs help. The staff was friendly though. Maybe another Hardee's next time perhaps.
They always have good sales going on for the on their menu service is always great. I can't complain about it at all breakfast lunch or dinner.
