Himalayan Fusion is a must if you're in Charlottesville! They offer both Indian and Nepali dishes, everything cooked to perfection without the use of seed oils. The food is absolutely delicious and fairly priced, upon request you can tweak any of the dishes to get the authentic Nepali version, having been to Nepal, eating at Himalayan Fusion sent me straight back. The owner Tenzin is incredibly nice and passionate about the food he has to offer, and the service is incredible....
Great Ambience and even better food. This place has my heart for being one of the most hospitable places in town and the super authentic flavours is what keeps bringing me back, definitely a must try while in downtown.
