Today, me and a group of about ~30ish people needed to find a spot to eat on a short notice. We gave this IHOP a call and within 20 minutes they provided us with tables, and ready to serve.
Ms. Franchesca decided to take on the challenge and serve our table. Her alongside the manager, absolutely dominated when it came to collecting orders. Food came out quick, and was delicious. I am eternally grateful for the kind staff here. I would rate 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

It’s a shame I’ve been going to ihop 50 years and now you get served absolutely what u didn’t order staff laugh because they don’t understand you. Now I have to explain to my son the place we go every week to eat I’m no longer supporting ihop.

Server John appeared too busy to take my order. A young lady took my table and said she was tired of seeing me wait. I had waited at least 15 min. I watched John wipe a table and chair with a dry paper towel then another booth and table with his bare hands. He needs to be retrained and they need more or better help.

Very sad to say that this was the worst IHOP experience we have ever had. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food just for 3/4 meals to be wrong. 15 minutes later our correct food arrived only to be cold and flavorless. We were never checked on by our waitress after our food arrived. We sat with empty drinks for the remainder of our visit. Our waitress never came back to the table. I went to the kitchen window and asked for our check. 10 minutes later we still were not given our check. The manager was not willing to work with us at all on giving us any more than a 10% discount and taking off the items that we never received (an order of fries). Needless to say we will not be going back to this IHOP.
