The manager is top tier! Always looking out and the cookies are always fresh. I been to many insomnia cookies and this is hands down the best one!

We love insomnia cookies. We have visited this location multiple times and each time the cookies are amazing! The staff is great and is always willing to share their thoughts and they always patiently wait while our children pick their choice. Highly recommend!
We come to this Insomnia when we are in the area. The cookies are always warm, soft, and fresh. The General Manager Rhett is hands down one of the nicest and most patient people you can meet!!!

Just went to Insomnia Cookies for the first time at the Charlottesville location. The general manager waited on us and was extremely nice! Great service and awesome cookies!

Cookies were warm, and so was the service. 10/10 highly recommend. Don’t take yourself to that other place with those chilly, doughy “brickies”.

Tried to order them through a food delivery service, they completed the order in the system right away and I never got my cookies, they stopped responding to the food service delivery after 2 hours.
I ordered a box of six cookies and all of them were cold, stale, and hardened. The double chocolate chunk tasted burnt. The sugar cookie was distasteful. The delivery driver Roy showed up in the parking lot of my apartment and didn't knock at my door. I received a call when he arrived and he told me he was about to leave if I didn't go and pick it up from him. Take your business else where because this is very disappointing.
