Insomnia Cookies

We come to this Insomnia when we are in the area. The cookies are always warm, soft, and fresh. The General Manager Rhett is hands down one of the nicest and most patient people you can meet!!!

Had the cookies chocolate mint and sugar they were awesome best I had in along time

Just went to Insomnia Cookies for the first time at the Charlottesville location. The general manager waited on us and was extremely nice! Great service and awesome cookies!

Cookies were warm, and so was the service. 10/10 highly recommend. Don’t take yourself to that other place with those chilly, doughy “brickies”.

Tried to order them through a food delivery service, they completed the order in the system right away and I never got my cookies, they stopped responding to the food service delivery after 2 hours.

I ordered a box of six cookies and all of them were cold, stale, and hardened. The double chocolate chunk tasted burnt. The sugar cookie was distasteful. The delivery driver Roy showed up in the parking lot of my apartment and didn't knock at my door. I received a call when he arrived and he told me he was about to leave if I didn't go and pick it up from him. Take your business else where because this is very disappointing.

I think this place is avg honestly nothing special about it. Cookies are good but not great. In top of all that it s pricey cookie with 2 scoop of ice dream for 8 $ a bit above average. Service was a little slow.

love this place. the owner has always been so nice to me and really makes an effort to get to know his customers. and the cookies are always amazing!
