Regarding gluten free: I think it is important to note that the gluten free waffles are not PAFFLES they are regular waffles! It may seem silly, but I see it advertised as Gluten free paffles available but was disappointed it was a waffle I could have made myself. The flavor was fine but the floor was dirty, the music choices playing were so irritating, and it could have been cleaner. Disappointed in this experience.

Food was terrible. Waffles were cold, hard and flavorless. The sandwiches went in the trash, along with the $32 that was wasted.

Cold egg on a barely cooked paffle, ordered 3 drinks and got our food first. Great to watch my kid eat and entire meal without his drink. Got my cappachino with a dash of cinnamon, not the entire container. Minimum wage employees delivery top knotch experience. Keep the 20% im sure youll need it when unemployment runs out.

We left without eating. Had to order from the app or kiosk. Options did not look to appealing to us. Plus the rap music was a bad ambiance for us. !!!

Looked forward to eating here.
Walked in. Not greeted. Cold environment. Tablet ordering I think. Didn't feel comfortable enough to stay even though the place was empty. Needs an overhaul.

Came in over the summer with an out-of-town guest. Stood at the counter trying to get help for 5 full minutes while the three employees in the shop were chatting 20 feet away. Tried to flag them down to get help with what to order but they ignored us. Eventually left.

Just because you offer tablet ordering doesn't mean you just ignore customer service. To whomever owns Paffles, I'd recommend training your staff on greeting customers or you will continue to have potential customers like me walk out.

Fun seasonal specials, lots of options (gf, dairy free, etc), and Casey is the best!

Food is very good. Little messy but that is expected. Coffee is also well made and goes with all the breakfast selections. Definitely recommend stopping to eat here it's quick and flavorful.

They wrote "tip next time" on my napkin. I imagine they spit in my food too. I just threw it away. I ordered at the counter and they were rude. Since when does that deserve a tip? I will tell everyone I know. You need to get your staff in order. Maybe pay them more. You get what you pay for I guess.

Oh man, this was greasy. We ordered the breakfast sandwiches and they were dripping in grease. It really messed our stomachs up. I think they should blot/wipe the grease from the hash browns, it shouldn’t be dripping in grease. Would not go again

One of my favorite places to stop when I am in town. Themed drinks and specials are always fun and delicious!

Waited an hour for food, service was terrible and they simply didn’t do anything to rectify the problem. Never coming here again
