I have been coming here since I was a kid and have not found another Chinese spot that tastes as good as this. I don't live in the area anymore but I always get Jade Garden when I am here. The food is always so hot and fresh. The flavors have remained consistent throughout the years. I am not sure why the ratings are low because it is hands down the best Chinese food I have ever had. One of the last few places in town where you can get a filling meal for under $10 that isn't fast food. The staff are friendly and accommodating. These negative reviews need to keep the price in mind when they complain.
