I've tried reaching out to corporate via messages and no response. I have no issues with this location food is always good however my issue is someone stole my shore points for my free sub that I worked hard to get. I didn't know that I could add a pin to my account and I have now done that. I have proof to where they stole my points and shared this with corporate. This was done in fl and I dont know anyone in fl. It's very wrong for corporate to not do anything about this issue. I even called the fl location and spoke to Victoria the manager there to inform her someone had took my points she said she still had to make their sub but I should contact corporate.

Would it be possible for them to wear masks today? A guy was preparing the sub and talking while he was cutting the bread. You could see the saliva falling onto the sandwich. should throw it in the trash.
The three woman crew was super friendly, worked effectively as a team, and ensured our order was accurate.
They focused on cleanliness of the prep area, which was reassuring and they were attentive to us as customers. The team was super busy, but they were kind and respectful towards each customer.
Oh! The subs and bowls were great as well. đ

As bad of an experience as you can imagine. 4 women standing around for literally 4 minutes after I ordered a sandwich. They just talked to each other. I honestly thought they were messing with me. Food and other crap all over. They used a clearly dirty rag to wipe a knife to cut my bread. The sandwich was the worst over had, bone cold. Threw half of it away.

I donât know what happened to this place last time I went it was bad but assumed it was an off day. Today I went in and four employees just stood around talking and looking at me as I stood there for 5 minutes. Then I looked behind the counter, the food station was disgusting it didnât look like itâs been cleaned in a long time. The vegetables were obviously not fresh at all and should have been thrown out brown lettuce and old tomatoes. I just ended up walking out not worth trying this place again.

Always at this location we find Excellent experience at lunchtime DINE-in . Service , quality , upbeat positive staff and wonderful management team make this an enjoyable lunch time for me and my wife. Special thanks to all the line crew - plus as well professional leadership by Delvin, Markita, Billie, Brittney ,Frankie and others . 5 stars!

Love jersey mikes food but this location was awful. Poor customer service spoke with 2 people and they both managed to mess up my order in different ways. Ice machine was broken and store was very dirty. Avoid this location

My daughter & I eat at this location. Not regularly, but often. Usually no problems. They must have been having a rough night or something. There were people sitting at tables waiting for their food. Mobile orders were not completed when the people arrived. It took 30 minutes to get my two sandwiches. The counters looked messy & dirty. There were maybe 8 sandwiches sitting on the counter with just meat, waiting for the toppings. And they being picked up & moved around.Our sandwiches were a mess. The top of one of our sandwiches was missing. It was found inside the meat area. The tuna fish had way too much mayonnaise & was very runny. And very soggy when I got home. (about 20 minutes). It most definitely was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. The workers were very disorganized.

Ordered a gluten free sub online. Went in to pick it up and I was early so I was watching the sub being made. They had an assembly line going and my GF sun was passed down with the regular subs. So the person cutting and wrapping the subs didnât change her gloves and had her hands all over my GF sun after touching regular bread. She went to hand it to me and I told her I wasnât taking that sub, she had her hands all over it. She said she didnt know it was GF. I said to the person who passed her my sandwich that maybe he should have told her it was a GF sun. He got all pissy on me telling me âI made your sandwich right!!! Donât come at me!â The lady turned around and said Iâll make you another one. I said âno, just give me a refundâ. No, Iâm making you a new one. I said honestly I just want a refund. So she calls out the âmanagerâ. The manager comes out and says to me in this aggressive tone âIt was a MISTAKE, maam. We all make mistakes!â Then proceeds to tell her staff that sheâs sick of these people. OK. How about âGosh, maam, Iâm so sorry this happened. Here, let me give you a card for a free sub. Weâd love it if you came back and gave us another try.â Nope. This girl wins the award for worst customer service ever. This location is about 20 minutes from me. The Merchant Walk location is 30 minutes from me. I make the drive to Merchant Walk every time now because the service there is incredible. See my review of their location where almost the same situation happened yet was handled amazingly.

Ordered three giant subs. Two subs were the same, minus wheat bread being for one. The white bread sub was missing half of what the sub came with versus the wheat sub, despite that being the only difference. Girlfriend got a sub, which made her sick, as well as upsetting my stomach (my stomach is more tolerant than hers, as she threw up because of it). Tried to settle it through the app, but the company clearly didn't care enough to settle it, despite me having photos of the difference after I had realized it.
