Jersey Mike's Subs

I placed an online order here and when I arrived to pick it up, they said it was never received. I then got into line and waited for over 45 minutes for my order.

When I only got one of my subs, they said they never got my second sub order that I verbally gave to them and that they wrote down on a receipt.

I have been standing in line for over 45 min now and all the mobile orders being picked up are over 30 min behind schedule. There is no standing room in the restaurant.

The fountain drink that I filled up was completely sour.

They are skipping orders and everyone is missing items. I will not be going to this location moving forward.

Devin, worst customer service ever. Ask for contact info on Franchise, said to me, "You will never speak to them". Explained to him he just lost potential of $$$ of catering for my company. No longer, "Devin", you lost out on any possible catering with my company. Shame on you.

Worst service ever. Can’t believe this place will stay in business. Waited over 30 min for a sandwich, not that busy. Staff moves like molasses with 4 people watching 1 work. Ordered a jersey shore and got a sandwich with ham and cheese only.

the food is better than it used to be when they did all the weight loss commercials with the pants man but they do not offer a $5 promotion any longer. Would still order again.

Jersey Mike’s always hits the spot. The club sub with gabagool is a must-try—savory, satisfying, and stacked just right. Be sure to get it on the rosemary bread for that extra punch of flavor. The real highlight, though, is the pepper relish—tangy, just a little spicy, and absolutely addictive.

The crew was friendly and made small talk while making my sandwich, which gave the whole visit a warm, welcoming vibe. It’s definitely a bit on the pricier side for a sub, but the quality and hospitality make it worth every penny.

Tables were all dirty and the floor had fallings all about.

I'm traveling for work, and as soon as I walked in, Alaina greeted me with a smile, took my order, and by the time I was finished washing my hands, my sub was ready. The whole crew was busy and greeted each patron. Alaina followed up to make sure my food was good and invited me back. We'll done

I always get great service when I come here! Everyone is so nice and my sandwich is always delicious! Delvin and LD went above and beyond! The whole staff is always smiling and welcoming! I go there often and am always happy!
