I paid for a pickle on the side… didn’t get it. I also asked for 3 sandwiches to be cut….. didn’t happen. It was not busy, and a bunch of staff who didn’t know what they were doing. Horrible service.

This has been my favorite JJs location for YEARS! I love it so much that when my office moved nearby, I convinced all my coworkers that this is the best! We even ordered a catering box on a couple of occasions now. To whomever owns this franchise: Todd is the most amazing delivery person you have. We absolutely love him! He shows up smiling on a regular basis. Thank you to all of your crew for always doing customer service right!
First, when I went to eat my half-sliced pickle, it looks like it’s starting to rot on the inside, so I couldn’t eat that.
Then, I discover that the paper is wrapped inside the lettuce of my unwich, so I have rip that open to eat it, and it’s an absolute mess….
Don’t tell me to go some website and fill out a complaint review. Just fix it….

It's okay for when your starving. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. The staff is lovely & friendly! The counter is weird, why can't I order like Subway or Jersey Mike's or any other sub shop? You do get a lot of meat... but the sub is bland. The bread isn't good & there's really no flavor to the entire sandwich.

Placed an order online for delivery. Received notice my order would be delivered by Grubhub. Waited over an hour contacted store and was advised the driver left 30 mins ago and too wait longer. The grubhub app kept changing drivers that were picking up my order. After about 8 different drivers I contacted store and was told the store driver called out sick and they were using grubhub. I never received my food or my money back after contacting the store. Will never order jimmy John’s again. Maybe the store should just turn off delivery options if they have to rely on companies like grubhub. Never had any issues with store employees or store drivers. Congrats on using Grubhub, you lost a customer.

Jimmy Johns is my lunch-on-the-go spot. They’re so fast, the staff are so friendly and the sandwiches are fresh and delicious. What’s not to like? ❤️?
We had another great experience at Jimmy John’s. It was quality food, and efficient and friendly service. I really appreciate the healthy options (the unwrap is my favorite) and even my picky 9 year old found something he liked.

Everyone at Jimmy John's was super kind and helpful. I called in a 30-piece catering order less than an hour before I had to pick it up and they were very accommodating in getting my order completed quickly. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious.

Just an okay sub sandwich. The rolls are small in diameter and their subs are not heated. The meats, cheeses and other additions are fine. I will return once the begin heating their subs. Small dinning area relatively clean.

Unpleasant first experience. Was 3rd one in door this morning. Had 2 coupons for free sandwiches. Young man taking order was pleasant but seemed irritated that I had coupons. His expressions said alot. After first 2 customers picked up orders the dark haired young lady making sandwiches looked at me and asked if I was there for a pickup. Didnt ask other 2 customers. As she handed me my bag she asked me if I had paid for it. Again, didn't ask other customers. She's the sandwich maker, what right did she have to ask that. The sandwiches were great but not sure if I want to go back with that type of service.
