Yesterday I went there to get some dinner and I got a free sandwich on my app and that made my evening so much better and it was so delicious as always keep up the great work!!

I had a great experience with this Jimmy John’s location. I accidentally scheduled my catered order for the wrong date and didn’t realize it until the last minute. When I called, the team was incredibly helpful and handled the issue right away. They got everything corrected and prepared my order in time without any hesitation.

They usually get an order right but tonight they mess up a order I said sandwich roast beef mayo lattre and no cheese, I got bunch of lattice one piece of roadt beef, no mayo or bread what the heck, I said it twice, I don't know if he heard me clearly or heard what he want to here, I will not be ordering from them again, good job Jimmy johns

I purchased regular sub today and it was horrible! No wheat sub buns, only white sub buns!! Very little meat and i asked for onions and mayonnaise which was left off! My sub consisted with nothing but bread,lettuce, schimpy on the tomatoes!! I wasted $8.31 on a horrible sub! I couldn't even taste the meat!! Horrible place for a sub!! I won't ever go to this business again!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😖😡

I paid for a pickle on the side… didn’t get it. I also asked for 3 sandwiches to be cut….. didn’t happen. It was not busy, and a bunch of staff who didn’t know what they were doing. Horrible service.

This has been my favorite JJs location for YEARS! I love it so much that when my office moved nearby, I convinced all my coworkers that this is the best! We even ordered a catering box on a couple of occasions now. To whomever owns this franchise: Todd is the most amazing delivery person you have. We absolutely love him! He shows up smiling on a regular basis. Thank you to all of your crew for always doing customer service right!

First, when I went to eat my half-sliced pickle, it looks like it’s starting to rot on the inside, so I couldn’t eat that.
Then, I discover that the paper is wrapped inside the lettuce of my unwich, so I have rip that open to eat it, and it’s an absolute mess….
Don’t tell me to go some website and fill out a complaint review. Just fix it….
