Kabuto Sushi and Teppanyaki

Staff was unfriendly and unknowledgeable. They swore it was gluten free. It clearly wasn’t I’m currently in bed with food poisoning. Should have let the rudeness be my red flag but long busy days are tough for everyone so I was being extra patient. Food poisoning is the result of me being lenient. Never again.

My family and I enjoyed a perfect evening at Kabuto to celebrate our son's 12th birthday. The scene is quiet, relaxed and cozy. The service and food is excellent.

Parking: Plenty of space. It is a huge parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly meals. Our son received a complimentary dessert!

The sushi...spicy tuna was good. I enjoyed it. Big pieces of tuna. California roll the rice was dry like it had been sitting out in the air awhile. I ask for a.lot of ginger and received a couple of pieces each time. But I will go back and wont order the California roll.

Service is my favorite thing about Kabuto. I love the lunch special (menu attached) you get soup with each lunch special whether its hibachi or sushi. Place really fills up on a weekday at noon! Located in pantops.

I recently visited Kabuto Sushi and Teppanyaki and had an amazing experience! Despite being a small, hole-in-the-wall place, the service was incredibly fast. The seared tuna was perfectly cooked around the edges and absolutely delicious. The staff were super friendly and made the entire dining experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for great sushi and a welcoming atmosphere!

This is such a cute hole in the wall place! It has the most INCREDIBLE sushi I’ve had in quite some time and it was made super super fast. Had the Spider-Man roll, kabuto roll, and sweet potato. We also had the crab wonton appetizer which again, incredible! Definitely highly recommend!

It's always great, but you have to specify your food requests. I only had 1 bad experience close to close where I got less food and didn't cook meals as ordered but was not normally my experience.

Overpriced! Worst service. If you don’t understand English, just offer your better business attitude. I requested “No Veggie On the Fried Rice”. I also asked one more time, “Do you understand my request?” “Yes” as response. They gave me “No Rice” at all instead. Great. Now, it’s not the problem of money, it’s the problem that you messed my dinner. You get what you pay for. Restaurant also get what they deserve. Never this place again.
