First time I came here, didn’t realize it’s in a strip mall. Don’t let the “hole in the wall” feel scare you, it’s one of the BEST sushi I’ve had. There was a place in Kennesaw, GA I frequented called Kuroshio that in my college days that I had not been able to replicate (10 years ago!) and this place is as close as it gets. Sushi is reasonably priced, I’ve done both dine in and take out. The service has always been stellar. If you don’t mind the kind of simple layout, the dining area is pretty unremarkable, however all this is trumped by how good the food is. I did the Alaskan roll, eel roll, spicy tuna, and miso soup. The rolls are not huge however you don’t need huge rolls to enjoy the flavor. The fish is soft and not chew, and best of all you don’t get that strong “fish” flavor some other places have. They also don’t douse the rolls in sauce which I love, so you can get a nice flavor mix. I rarely write long reviews but give this place a shot, carry out has always been consistent and on par with quality.

We love going to Kabuto! The hibachi is delicious and the service is always great!! The waitress knows our orders by heart and is always so friendly!

Food was pretty awful for me. I got hibachi shrimp which were super overcooked and chewy - a little too close to a savory now&later for my liking. The miso soup had an odd smell and didn't taste great either. Service was excellent, but the food was bad enough for me to not return. This was my first visit and I chose this spot over two others and realized my mistake on the first bite. :-/

Unassuming spot in a shopping center! Pretty good sushi rolls and prices are not bad. Not the freshest fish but spicy tuna was tasty. The location is well kept but tables were a little sticky. Service was friendly!Now for my standard comments. Again, the location was well kept and cleanliness of a standard takeout spot. Tables could’ve been cleaner though.
I was going to give it a 2 star review because of their sushi, but that would not have been fair. The sushi is below average due to the fish quality. The rice and other ingredients are good quality, but the fish was not. BUT... the hibachi is amazing! The hibachi is a 5 and the portions for that dish are large! ORDER THE HIBACHI! The service is fast. The people are friendly. The atmosphere is average at best, but I rarely go to a restaurant for the atmosphere. I don't like giving a poor review, so I kept it at a 4, but the sushi is a 2-3 review. GO FOR THE HIBACHI!!!

To start off the service here was killer, the fish quality itself was also good. However, the rolls were a bit off. It may have been the avocado and the tempura batter but it didn’t taste as expected. Once again props to the service and staff, I’d return to try the other dishes for sure.

Visited here for lunch after not living in the area for years. Staff still remembered us, and the sushi was great and tasted like I remembered, too. They have an interesting special sushi roll I have never been able to find anywhere else, Pink Spicy Girl Roll. Delicious. LGBTQ friendly.Vegetarian options: I have previously been here with a vegetarian friend and they were delighted to find an assortment of vegetarian sushi rolls.

We had a great server and food came out fast. The hibachi dishes are pretty large portions and very filling. We also really enjoyed the clear soup. The sushi prices seemed pretty reasonable. We did the sashimi and I'm not sure if the pricing was great but I only enjoyed the tuna. But that is due to taste preference
