Great frozen desserts...not even funny how good this stuff is!! Great customer service. You can't tell from the outside how good the custard is. You just gotta get some. Be careful though...you will go back!!

Had to leave as only one person was behind counter working tediously on a shake and no one taking orders. An old guy was walking around back there and then sat down off to the side. Had to leave as we were trying to get home after a trip.

Looking for frozen custard ice cream on the way home we found a great ice cream shop. The reviews were good so we were excited to try their frozen custard ice cream on our first visit. The selections were good and their combination cones was a hit, also their large cones were more than enough for one person not many shops serves this size of custard ice cream. The flavors served were among the best I have tasted. Will return for a second try and update my review. (The inside area was very clean)

Came here with some friends on a Sunday afternoon on a recommendation (we asked for the best soft serve in Charlottesville) and we're so glad we did! Absolutely delicious frozen custard and great customer service! Everyone was raving about the pumpkin and cinnamon twist, and the waffle cone options were so fun!I love that they have a mini carousel here, which my kids would have been all over (and several children who came throughout our visit did enjoy)! The entire space was very clean, with a generous amount of seating, with the benches along the walls. There was a good amount of parking as well in the little shopping center, though I imagine it might be more packed on a hot summer day.Saw several families come in, and there are high chairs for younger tots. They do offer kid sizes, which is good to know, because the small cone was a lot of ice cream for me. I got a vanilla and chocolate swirl with a chocolate dip in a cone and it was just so nostalgic for me. Not too milky/creamy, and substantial enough to hold its shape, with minimal cracking of the chocolate. Highly recommend for those looking for a frozen treat in the area!

When asked about toppings, gave a comment it was on board, asked him where he just point to 4 add ons.... apparently the guy behind me thought the j*** was also rude and asked him too. He at least explained what are jimmies, to the other customer. I'm glad he profiled our appearance and bent backwards for the lady in front of us for her $0.83 tip. Saved me my routine $5 tip. Not sorry. Ice cream was ok, not custard.

Khor Bros is always nostalgic for me and I always remember it fondly. I usually come to this location when I am in Charlottesville. The parking lot can be hit or miss as it is in a small shopping center. Inside seems a bit run down and smelling like bathroom cleaning solution. I appreciate there is tables to sit inside and out but all seems a bit dirty.The staff was friendly and attentive. I always get the vanilla and orange sherbet, but this time it seems a little on icy side. However, it still it hits the spot on a hot day. I am not sure if it’s the best place around but nostalgia always brings me back here.
