This place is always amazing friendly staff great food we eat here every time we go to uva for appointments breakfast lunch or dinner we love this restaurant 😋

The service was friendly and fast. Lots of selections. It's a small neighborhood diner which I love to try. Coffee was good, price is reasonable.
The food was not great. Creamer on the table was spoiled. The deep fried bologna tasted like the oil had not been changed in a while. The eggs were underdone and didn't have much taste.
A man at the next table kept talking to himself while reading books and taking copious notes. He seemed like a regular and didn't bother us. It was just odd.
Probably won't try it again.

Wow, what a great find! I've passed this restaurant so many times and had no clue what I was missing. The ladies working there were great, they had me laughing pretty hard. The food came out quick and was delicious. I will be making this restaurant my go-to lunch spot!

Heard good things about this place. But it was not open at 4:30am when I got out of the hospital around the corner. Maps you keep running me by there to get back to the lake! Can't rate a place I've not been to yet.

I'm really loving Korner Restaurant and am ready to go back soon. They do a lot of carryout especially at lunch time.
It's a local family owned restaurant that offers breakfast and lunch and they do catering for the big UVA games and such.
Nice friendly service ? ?
Vegetarian options: I don't know the menu but they will accommodate most requests and if in doubt just give them a call.
Parking: The parking lot can and does fill up when they are busy but there's a side street that you can use for parking.
Kid-friendliness: High chair and very friendly waitress.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and front door should be a breeze and once inside I'm sure the staff will go out of their way to accommodate your needs.

The prices are reasonable and the food was just like home cooked. Our waitress was very friendly and kind. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere cozy! I ordered an omelette with country potatoes. The omelette was delicious just like I like them but the potatoes were ok…I like them either sliced or wedged and they were diced and a little dry. My daughter also got an omelette and she said hers was great. My grand babies both got pancakes and they gave them a thumbs ?? up!! Overall it was what we expected and we would recommend others to eat there!

Super find! My only disappointment is not stopping here sooner. This place has the greatest club sandwiches and pop says the liver and onions are the best he has ever had in his 80 plus years!
