Why are you even offering order pick up when the available pick up dates are a week out, and you don't reserve the merchandise? I placed an order on April 12, the earliest date I was offered was April 18, and two hours before my pick up time you sent me a text saying my merchandise wasn't available. If I had known that, I would have just gone into the store for it.

Hands down the WORST grocery store in Albemarle County. I am DONE with their deceptive sale signage. The supposed sale price is oh so easy to see - and somewhere on the sign in 2 pt type there will be a qualifier, such as saying that you have to buy three to get the sale price. They are also fond of placing sale signs near items that aren't actually on sale. Don't bother shopping here unless you are ready to scrutinize every sale sign.

Had some trouble with Kroger Pickup last night. Went in to speak to the new manager and he worked it out and offered a merchandise credit to correct the error. Thank you for your assistance and assurance that it wouldn’t happen again.

A wonderful store, with great products and friendly people. I'm in there two or three times a week. However, as long as they're using the bogus Certegy Check Services, I'm afraid I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
Yesterday was grocery day in the CHS functional skills class. Mrs. Thompson, Marybeth Mayer, and I were shopping for our classroom grocery's with the 4 boys in Kroger rio Hill. We had collected our items and were sorting out our money in front of the bakery section. We were getting ready to go check out when one of the wonderful members of the bakery staff came over and pulled Mrs. Thompson aside. She wanted to offer us a special treat and wanted to make sure it was alright!

Placed a reservation for lobsters with Rio Hill Kroger for our annual New Year's Eve dinner. Kroger called the morning of the dinner and said they cannot fulfill order. They told us they made a reservation for us at the barracks road Kroger. 15 minutes later they called again to tell us barracks road also sold out of lobsters. Very frustrating when we made reservations and they still could not fulfill. We had to scramble and find other alternatives. Thank goodness for a fantastic seafood department at Wegmans where we just picked up enough lobsters. Wegmans continues to impress while Kroger disappoints.

Really friendly and helpful staff there. Tonnes of discounts on various products.They also have their own in house pharmacy. You can also accrue points if you've got a membership card.
