Last time I was here they made my drink horribly. Just now I tried to give them a second chance and they were closed. I got there at 5:43 and Google says they close and 7. They were already closed and apear to be closing down. Please update your Google information what a waste of time.

Used to enjoy this place. Now, not so much. Store didn't have boba. It's a boba place. Make sure you don't run out of boba. Ordered a taro slush yesterday and was told the girl will put popping boba and mango jelly since they were out of regular boba and red bean. She didn't put any in the drink. Charged me $8.04 for a large taro slush with no toppings. And the cups are now smaller. Not going back.

Very disappointing. Ordered 2 drinks for pickup at 6:30pm, arrived to the store at 6:40pm to find all of the doors locked and no way to pick up our drinks. After awhile two workers came out to head home, and when I asked about getting a refund for the drinks that were never made. They said they were unable to refund anything because the new owner hadn’t received security PINs from the previous owner. I was told my best course of action was to call my bank and hope for the best or come back tomorrow (I’m from out of town). It’s not great to hear a new owner of a franchise doesn’t even have access to simple things like refunding an order that was never attempted by their staff.

First time trying out bubble tea and I was so impressed! The girl who helped me, Virginia, was so friendly and asked if I had questions or needed recommendations. I told her I’d never been before and she helped me choose a drink and toppings! It turns out she’s actually the owner, I’ll definitely be back by and tell my friends
There was a chunk of hair in my drink bro. I called to tell them that and they just said "thanks for letting me know" and didn't even say sorry that's crazy lmao.

In town for an extended time due to work. I usually love ordering from KFT back in COS, so I was very disappointed in this KFT location. In hopes that they'd redeem themselves, I chanced ordering the same drink a few times when coming here, and each time it's come out either extremely sweet or extremely watered down. The staff are kind, but kindness doesn't pay for the money I wasted on poorly made milk tea.
The only reason I kept coming back was because I keep mistakingly associating KFT here with the KFT location I'm used to in COS, and because there's more variety compared to Moge Tee, which is honestly the better option at this point.

If you've had Kung fu tea anywhere else, you'll be extremely disappointed at this location. The honey tapioca is incredibly bland, and every drink tastes watered down. I gave it multiple chances and ordered various teas, slushes, and milk drinks and all were the worst I've had. Also, take note that your total will always be more than what it should be because they add a surcharge in addition to taxes, yet have the gall to ask for a tip on top of that.
