Very disappointing. Ordered 2 drinks for pickup at 6:30pm, arrived to the store at 6:40pm to find all of the doors locked and no way to pick up our drinks. After awhile two workers came out to head home, and when I asked about getting a refund for the drinks that were never made. They said they were unable to refund anything because the new owner hadn’t received security PINs from the previous owner. I was told my best course of action was to call my bank and hope for the best or come back tomorrow (I’m from out of town). It’s not great to hear a new owner of a franchise doesn’t even have access to simple things like refunding an order that was never attempted by their staff.

I told her I’d never been before and she helped me choose a drink and toppings! It turns out she’s actually the owner, I’ll definitely be back by and tell my friends

In town for an extended time due to work. I usually love ordering from KFT back in COS, so I was very disappointed in this KFT location. In hopes that they'd redeem themselves, I chanced ordering the same drink a few times when coming here, and each time it's come out either extremely sweet or extremely watered down. The staff are kind, but kindness doesn't pay for the money I wasted on poorly made milk tea.
The only reason I kept coming back was because I keep mistakingly associating KFT here with the KFT location I'm used to in COS, and because there's more variety compared to Moge Tee, which is honestly the better option at this point.

If you've had Kung fu tea anywhere else, you'll be extremely disappointed at this location. The honey tapioca is incredibly bland, and every drink tastes watered down. I gave it multiple chances and ordered various teas, slushes, and milk drinks and all were the worst I've had. Also, take note that your total will always be more than what it should be because they add a surcharge in addition to taxes, yet have the gall to ask for a tip on top of that.

I ordered boba tea with red bean. I believe red beans are expired. Red bean Tasted so sour and i lived 40min away and couldn't go back to store and tell them.
Inconsistent at best. I just got the Thai milk tea with 50% sugar. There's no thai iced tea flavor anywhere. It tastes like oversteeped black tea and that's it. The boba aren't that fresh and it's just disappointing. Moge Tee is the better option here.

However, instead of the normal taro slush - I was given a super icy dark colored slush. I asked if they forgot to put the milk powder base as it is normally creamy. I was informed the taro slush is only made with ice and taro syrup. But that isn't correct, I have been getting this drink for years and even I know it is always made with milk powder. The cashier even suggested that maybe I went to a different location that does it differently- but all kung fu tea locations make the taro slush the same and this is the first time this location has made this drink so incorrectly. The employees were nice and immediately remade it for me but there needs to be more training on how to make the drinks.
While my drink was remade, it was completely melted and no longer slush form so overall very disappointed in my experience.

1)Order from the kung fu tea app and for some reason it did not come through to their system. 2) I just finished my Oreo wow drink and as I get to the bubbles at the very bottom someone SPRAYED THEIR PERFUME INTO MY DRINK! and im wondering is this done to EVERYONE or just to someone like me !? And this is my first time buying a drink from you all and this is my experience? I'm very upset about my drink . Please do better and start being better people . This could have sent me to the ER!
