Terrible customer service. Bartender and waitress cared more about talking to each other than getting drink or food orders. Also got there 10 minutes before the kitchen closed and was hoping to order a couple appetizers. The bartender told us we couldn’t order food because the kitchen closed in 10 minutes. Which after reading the reviews I believe we got lucky by not getting any food from here. I would not recommend this place and will never be back.

Tried to order wings for my mother’s birthday party and was told to call back the day off from whoever answered the phone. I called them back on the day of the party and they said they weren’t doing any take out orders. If your employees don’t know what’s going on they should ask a manager.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff, front and back of the house…
crab legs steamed right, mac and cheese that was worth its weight in gold, and the staff, no matter how busy, was very friendly and attentive.

I wish I had read the reviews before going. I didn’t read them until coming here to give 1 star. As other reviewers have pointed out - it’s pretty dirty. The floors in the restaurant were sticky. There were tears in the booth cushions. I wish id of just gone somewhere else but I’ve had some really wonderful food at a hole in the wall restaurant and had hoped this might be one of those. But the food was really disappointing. The burger subpar. And my kid who loves most wings was really disappointed in these wings. So I tried one too. They weren’t good at all. Zero flavor.
I’d highly suggest going somewhere else for food. There are plenty of bars that also have good food.
This is not that bar.
Additionally, service was mediocre. We ordered something and they were out of one of the main ingredients - but brought it out anyways. I said I wouldn’t have ordered this if I knew you were out of one of the main ingredients - and our server said, I didn’t know we were out of it either.
Which is fair - perhaps no one told the servers but don’t serve it like nothing is wrong. Let your customers know in the likely case they don’t want it.

Initially I wanted to place a to-go order for some of their lunch specials but was told they do not offer those to-go so I placed an order for a cheeseburger with fries and a grilled chicken platter. The grilled chicken was burnt in spots and they forgot my ranch. I called and the explanation they gave for the grilled chicken being burnt was that it is char grilled. I still will need to eat around those spots as hard burnt tasting chicken is not appealing to me. We will not be returning.

I was in for lunch and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The burger was delicious, thick and juicy. The seasoned fries on the side were good and enough for two.

Previous reviews are correct. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. My family and I came in after a long day on the river for something quick and cheap. We got our drinks and appetizers and then our server completely disappeared. Finally got the attention from a sever with blue/green hair and was told she was busy and would be right back to help us. She proceeded to sit down at another table with a guy and then grabbed her bag and left for the day without a care in the world about serving us or letting us know she was leaving. We informed the manager about the horrible service and it was obvious she could care less about our bad experience. Not only was the service horrible, but the floors were sticky, table was dirty, and our server was greasy and had hickies all over her neck. This place is awful. Will never return.

Went because love Reuben sandwich. Meat chewy, smaller size than expected - can make at home twice as big, just not as good as diner Reuben. Neither was this one. Still good altho somewhat disappointing. Service sucked - first in, last order taken, last served, last out. Good margarita, tho.
Would only go back as part of a group, not as individual or a date

It's a good gathering place. Wait staff is always good and friendly. Needs a good head to toe cleaning. Got something to go in the back bar to go area and was looking around and the dust is pretty thick. Wires hanging everywhere. Not a good impression. But I still go there to meet friends.

Ordered 2 sets of 10 wings, garlic parm and wet lemon pepper. Grill cheese and fries, side of fries, and chips and queso. Was over $50, way overpriced. Garlic Parm had no garlic, and nowhere does it say that the wet lemon pepper are buffalo based. Didn't even taste any lemon pepper, and even being a spice lover, barely tasted buffalo. Do not recommend. Would be better off going to Quaker State.

Frequented by locals, the beer selection is vast, the bar food is bar foody, and the bar tenders know their regulars by name but are less available to strangers than one might hope. Plenty of big TV's and lots of indoor and outdoor seating.
