As far as the food: Everything I ordered was correct except for my Hawaiian chicken pizza with NO CHICKEN. I received my order and they forgot to put my chicken on it. I of course contacted them about it. Cashier named Shay was very understanding and confused as I was. Fortunately, i was refunded for it through Door Dash. So all is well for now. But I really wanted that.

This is not a dine-in restaurant. This is a takeout restaurant. Use the app and save money over the long term. I prefer the thin crust. Because it feels like I'm getting more toppings than with the regular crust. I choose Marcos over, Domino's, Pizza Hut or Papa John's. I think it's the best value for your money. And the staff is great.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options. Although perhaps not enough for a strict vegan. But enough to make it work in a pinch.

Cheesy bread was burnt and wings where not fully cooked called and complain only thing they can do is offer a 5 dollar credit for pick-up out of my 27.00 I spent I ordered delivery for a reason. Usually good food by far the worst experience I had

Omg, I'm slipping because I didn't take any pictures of our food next time I definitely will. He wanted a sub for dinner and the Marco's commercials had been playing no stop or so it seemed. Anyway, we ordered the Chicken Club Subs and the All meat pizza bowl. And let me say it was delicious we enjoyed all of that goodness. It was so much that we weren't even able to finish it we had leftovers. I didn't even realize that Marco's had subs, but now I do and now I know what I'll be ordering for now on.

Would not place order and pay ahead. Did that and my husband picked up the order. Missing cheesy bread. When called to refund back to card they said they could not. Only a credit on account next time you order. They do have gift cards and asked if they could do that. WAY to easy, NO was the answer. It's amazing how they can take 61.00 just like that but can't fix there mistake by refunding your money. Poor customer service.

Never ordering from Marco’s again. We ordered pizza at 445 last night with an estimated delivery time of 520. At 6 I called and was told it would be 2.5-3 more hours. I live less than 2 miles from the store. They told me I could wait or cancel the order and picking it up from the store was out of the question. In 4 total hours I could make my own dough and pizza myself. Pathetic. Not even an apology.
I place an order 1 week ahead for Halloween day, and it was to be delivered at 11:45. I had to call the store at 12 to be informed it would still be 15 more minutes late. I feel like you should inform you customers when a massive catering order is going to be half an hour late. The GM did nothing about

The regular crust combo pizza was pretty good. Neither my wife nor I enjoyed the thin crust cheese pizza. To be honest, it was over cooked to the point of being burned. It was dry and lacked flavor. The staff was courteous and the facility looked clean.
