This is the BEST ramen I have ever in Cville. As an Asian that loves ramen, I could tell you that this is quite authentic! The service and atmosphere is also very nice!

Highly recommended late night menu!!
I had the noodles at Mashumen Restaurant tonight, and they were very good. They reminded me of the noodles I used to have in Thailand. Highly recommend!!

Thats not that much hard to bring sushi
I had a specialty sushi roll & the Mashumen spicy ramen. Flat out amazing! The service was top notch too. They certainly know what they are doing here. I plan to go back the next time I’m in town.

Be careful ordering delivery - they may ‘close’ if things are busy. Might be better to dine in (or avoid).

The food was good and service was amazing. The dragon rolls were the best I've ever had.
I'm not used to ramen noodles other than the store bought ones, so it was very different experience for me that I'm not sure I would want to try again, but my kids loved the ramen and I'll definitely be back for the rolls!
The odor of the restaurant cleaner they use smells a little like a bathroom.
Parking: Parking is in the back and you need to walk around the building to get in.
Kid-friendliness: My kids really liked the ramen and they have some kid meal options

The waitress is telling people how much to tip. They also used pickled bamboo shoots that can be bought in chinese grocery stores that just ruined the japanese authenticity. Kid-friendly though.
