Warm greeting upon entering this fine establishment. Within moments I was seated and ordering pleasantly with the friendly server, I think her name was belle, . I promptly ordered while sipping my black coffee and soon thereafter my food arrived. The food was awesome as was the service. Will return again

The garlic chicken pizza was tasty, but the Fettuccine Alfredo wasn’t what I expected. The staff were friendly and helpful, but service was a bit slow since only two people were working. Overall, the food was decent.

I had the best experience today at the bar with belle. She checked on me thoroughly and held nice conversation about her Thanksgiving plans while being knowledgeable about the beers. I will be back

A group of us came in before the wicked premiere and due to traffic we all couldn’t arrive at the same time but they were so understanding and I have to say the service was amazing. We got a couple pizzas and drinks. The wings were also amazing! We sat with Dajah and thanks to her and the team we will definitely be returning!

Stopped by here by coincidence. I had to get my phone repaired right next door. I was starving. So I sat and had some pizza and a few drinks. The pizza was incredible and I the drinks were great too, I really was so appreciative of Dajah and her service. Especially after breaking my phone. She really cheered me up!

We are from N.c. and we had the pleasure of dining here and Dajah was our server. She was friendly, efficient and made sure to meet our every need. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her customers. The Sampson burger was incredible. I highly recommend stopping by to see Dajah and trying their delicious food.

Came in lastnight and was immediately sat at a table. Service was fast and efficient. We ordered the salmon and a sampsons burger and it was a 10/10. Dajah was our server and she was fantastic. Definitely worth it. Will for sure be back!

We drove two hours for my birthday, as a surprise from my girlfriend to spend time in the city and she had picked this restaurant and while our server was wonderful and very attentive, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

Partway through our meal, my girlfriend discovered a moth inside her ranch sauce while eating her pizza. She quietly called our server over (who handled the situation very respectfully), but when he tried to get help, it seemed like no one was paying much attention to him. Eventually, a manager came over, but his attitude was very nonchalant. He asked if there was a moth in the food, and when we said yes, he simply said he’d get a new pizza—no apology, no concern, and no empathy. It honestly felt like he didn’t want to be dealing with the situation at all.

My girlfriend then had to wait almost 30 minutes for her replacement pizza while the rest of us finished eating. When it finally came out, it was missing the avocado she had ordered—and when it was added later, the avocado was brown. By that point, she just had to ask for a to-go box since everyone else was already done.

Our server did his best, but this was not his fault to fix. The way management handled the situation completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner. A free pizza at the end didn’t make up for the lack of care, apology, or attention to detail. We left feeling really disappointed, especially after driving so far with high hopes.

There were 3 of us dining in for dinner tonight. We were sat immediately for dinner. The food was very good. We got 1 “16” inch pizza and table bread. We had plenty of food even was able to bring some home with us. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The lady serving us look to be younger with blonde hair. She was very very rude and intentionally ignore us multiple times. She was too worried about hanging out and chatting with her friends sitting in a table in the back. I ran out of my drink and it took her at least 10 minutes to refill it. We asked for a check and 15 minutes later she never brought it. She would walk past us multiple times and purposely ignore us, including turning her whole head the opposite direction like she did not see us. We ended up having to go up to her and demand for our check. There was also a radio station there. That was Very loud and noisy. We would have liked to know that before we sat down and ate. It was like we had to yell across the table to be able to hear one another. Definitely do not recommend going to this place.
