Ordered a double cheeseburger and somehow ended up with a single cheeseburger. I was charged for a double, I should have received a double. It was not busy in the drive thru nor inside, so I am confused as to how this happened. Please double/triple check your food you are giving out to customers. And customers never assume McDonald’s workers are going to care enough to send the right food out.

They treat there employees like trash yo. I would never work here 🤣. I got my food but service was kinda bad too… Food was overpriced and disgusting.

Was relieved to get lunch quickly here after a bad day.
We ordered some combos & 2 of the frozen soda drinks *because they were listed as available*. When going to get them, the lightskin lady at the front passively mentioned that there wasn't any frozen soda drinks available & left 2 empty cups on the counter instead. No refund offered, no eye contact, barely any acknowledgement. When we went to ask for a refund instead, she gave us attitude & started raising her voice at my child brother. After we finally got our refund she started talking about us with someone else in the kitchen with us still standing there. Ignoring her sailor mouth, I'll focus on the part where she went "That's what they get for ordering on the kiosk instead of directly", when there was no one available to give an order to at the register. There rarely is. We also found hair in several food items.

Workers were very rude. They messed up my order. And my order was not the only one they messed up. Another lady came in with a messed up order while I was waiting on mine. I have prior door dashed at this location and I waited 20 minutes to pick up the order I was supposed to deliver.

This is completely unacceptable, even for a mcdonalds bathroom. Is this urinal designed for dogs? It’s 2 inches from the floor. Which is always covered in urine with a wet floor sign everpresent.
