Twenty minutes waiting in a parking spot for an app order we placed ahead of time cause we had just picked up our dog from daycare. Not a complex order. Zero wait in the drive thru. Zero concept of time at this location. I'll just go to Pantops from now on.

This is a great place to get the best fountain drinks. Something about the sweltering heat has me craving McD’s coke and diet cokes. The staff have been friendly and quick. I can never of course just get a soda. Kids always want something too. Also if you use the app one can usually get some free fries with the purchase of a soda or something like that. Employees work hard here and I appreciate them.

Worst McDonald's ever experienced, Pulled up to drive thru had a sign on speaker not working, couldn't order from that window so had wait inline just to go thru the line without getting any food. They should've put out a cone to block cars from that window. So after getting through the line without getting food circled around to park, They had another sign on door they had NO CO2 SO NO DRINKS WHAT'S going on this was supposed to be a MCDONALD'S

Restroom stop. Brown and boring colors. The bathroom has the worst design with a very strange door that swung so close to the toilet it almost touches. You have to squeeze into the corner to get in or out and I'm not a large woman.

I stopped in for coffee. There wasn't anyone working the front register, so you're generally steered to the self-checkout board. Service was relatively quick. The clientele were a little rough around the edges. One vagrant sitting on a stool inside. A beggar came out of the store asking for money as I got in my car.

Proceeded to order two mc crispy tender meals. And a chicken nugget meal. One came with a large sweet tea and other with a strawberry smoothie. Cashier accidentally added an extra meal. I let him know that I only wanted 3 in total. He said “I’ll figure it out at the window” or something along those lines. When I pulled I told him I only wanted 3 meals in total and he said “okay I think I got it.” And when I was handed my receipt there were 4 meals. I didn’t feel like arguing anymore so we pulled up. Revived the correct drinks. Then the person in the front (also very rude) told us that it would be a wait on the chicken to pull up so we did so. Waited for like 10-15 minutes and revived the wrong order. Same guy at the window first stopped by the car beside us and asked if it was their meal. They said no so he then walked by our vehicle didn’t say a single word. I said thank you. He just looked right at me and walked off. Usually there’s better friendlier staff here. Idk what was up with tonight but it’s utter nonsense. I shouldn’t have to first argue with the person taking my order, refrain from arguing further after being charged for an extra unwanted meal, then ultimately get a whole different order entirely.
