I went in on Veteran's to obtain a free complimentary hamburger. I was told they didn't know anything about the Veteran's day special. If this McDonalds won't support veterans one day a year, I won't support this McDonalds all year.

Gross! Flys everywhere. Staff is rude, not happy to see customers. Probably has some chip on thier shoulder. Floor disgusting, drink station unsanitary. Flys all over you while inside. Expected more being in Charlottesville. Avoid at all costs. Left order, just ate the cost and abandoned food.
They got slammed while I was in there. And they handled it perfectly.

Cara and Damien are the best of all Macdonald, my husband told me that he asked for something and the order was totally different and they very kindly resolved it for me, I love these guys because they made my night so easy, these guys are the ones that Macdonald needs, I am happy, very happy that they have attended me. Give them a raise, they deserve it !
