Dirty location. Staff let another person come up and rummage through MY bag of food before they realized it wasn't theirs, and tricky staff tried to pass it off to me as "new." I had to argue to get them to remake it because I didn't want to eat food that another customer had gone through. Love McDonald's but WOULD NOT return to this nasty location.

The people and the food are both make this one of the better McDonald’s, but it’s so unbearably cold both summer and winter. Almost impossible to eat without a winter coat on, and I’m still shivering. The others eating inside looked to agree.
No matter what city or state you're in, when you go through a McDonald's drive thru, prepare to have to walk inside to correct your order. Not sure WHY, but it is what it is. This one is no different.

This is the SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever visited. Even for something as simple as 3 large fries took 5 minutes. "Maybe they had to cook some more," you ask? I highly doubt the soggy cool fries were fresh when we first got them. Will avoid this location at all costs.

If you are going to eat here do yourself a favor. Don't use the restroom first. My spouse found the restroom to be wet and dirty with yellowish/brownish tint that liked to stick to footwear. Clearly they have issues sticking to corporate standards for restroom cleanliness. I get it, sometimes it is the customers that cause the mess in the restrooms On the other hand, examples like this are probably reasons why the chain is losing market share and the many unhappy shareholders.

Yikes 15 minutes to get a sprite & frys! Cash payments punished. Ladies room toilet so loose someone’s gonna fall off and break their neck bathroom a mess restaurant a mess. Everything slow.
