I just left the establishment and Jessica the manager on duty has workers that are not clocked in eating on the line grabbing hamburgers out the hamburger bin without gloves and still serving people once addressed I said something to her she said well he not clocked in so I ask her so u have unclocked in workers using there bare hands to prep food whether for themselves or for customer is should be with gloves I will be calling the health inspector she was very rude and not helpful also if ur gonna pay 3 dollars for a large sweet tea I shouldn’t have to come back inside to get it corrected

Large fries came out cold, crispy like a potato chip and the container was half full. When you use the drive thru it is for convenience most likely due to time and you should not have to check your order to go back inside to correct the order. No confidence in their drive through service. Staff should know better because I don't believe they would want food served to them to be that poor quality. Tells me they just do not care. I suggest the ownership do some quality control audits.

Typical McDonald's fare. The door to the toilet stall wouldn't lock, and the shake machine broke as they were preparing my shake. Got my McFlurry though.

This review is explicitly for Rachel in the drive through. I often come in the morning to get a McGriddle or coffee and I can always immediately tell if it’s her on the intercom. She has such a positive and helpful attitude which is difficult in a food service job. Rachel is great!
