Raw burger!!! Just got home with my take out food from the mcdonald’s on Rio in charlottesville. Food took forever, finally got home and took a bite. Totally raw patty. This isn’t even medium rare. Totally raw.

I went to McDonald’s and showed up an hour before closed and asked for a spicy MCchicken and was told that it was a Burger King item… then asked for a specific drink and they said they were trying to close. Staff was being very rude granted it’s McDonald’s so standards are already pretty low but cmon atleast know what’s on the menu or atleast that a MCchicken is a McDonald’s item hence the Mc at the front

Got order wrong and food was served very cold when it should have been hot.
My recent visit was a mixed bag. The initial worker who helped me was very friendly and provided good service. However, while I was there, I witnessed the manager yelling at the same worker, which was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. It's disheartening to see that kind of behavior in a workplace. I hope the management addresses this issue to create a more positive environment for their employees and a better experience for customers.

I was really disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's drive-through today. Not only was my order wrong, but the manager's reaction was shockingly unprofessional. My order was incorrect, and the manager handled it terribly. Her screaming and unprofessional behavior were completely unnecessary
