The guy was so rude at the drive thru To tell customers that they don't make sense because of a simple code issue is unprofessional. I live in the neighborhood and I will never return due to that rude drive thru person. It's McDonald's who cares right?

They gave me old fries and they were literally no joke hard as a rock and they were like weirdly grey
Vegetarian options: Nothing vegan only the lettuce from the big mac and the tomato is the only vegan thing I know.

I ordered my food and waited over an hour at a FAST food restaurant for my meal. After seeing that the staff weren’t capable of making my food, I was able to get a refund from the manager who was one of the few people who truly seemed to care about good service. The worst part is that I can’t even complain because this is standard service at this McDonald’s location. Even if you manage to get your food, which means you’re already pretty lucky, nine times out of ten it will be cold, wet, and unappealing.

Nice clean restaurant went inside to give my order.And the girl that was at the register walked away as I Walked up.So I put my order in at the kiosk.When my order came out, the person who put it on the counter.Just set it up there called my number and walk away.She didn't say thank you nothing just walk away I took the order to go got in my Van and drove away when I started eating my food. I found out that the burger was overcooked and the French fries undercooked. A little bit, they were squishy, not crisp.
Poison toxic food. Haven't eaten there in 12 years & will not until they clean up their ingredients.

The worst McDonald's in Charlottesville is 29 North. Always gotta pull off and wait and wait on your order. Most times the order is screwed up. Food is ok except sometimes the fries are crappy. Just today, we were made to once again pull off and wait. Then the lady says our order was given to someone else. I'm starting to take notice they do this to a specific race of people. Yes, it's happened enough times that I have picked up on it. This McDonald's needs to get some training from Chic Fil A and maybe then they will get it together.
