You guys need to do something about people who can't follow basic directions. If a road is one way, and people call you to complain that drivers are blocking the entrance by going to wrong way YOUR company needs to do something about it!
That is YOUR responsibility because it occurs on YOUR property. If you can't be bothered, then close up shop and never return. The phrase "well I'm busy" doesn't fly, if it's not an excuse at my job then it certainly is NOT an excuse here! Safety takes priority over EVERYTHING else.
Also, hire people who actually WANT to work, not lazy sacks of nothing that aren't even useful enough to work. There is no reason for food to take longer than 8 minutes at the most per meal. Again, if you can't be bothered to run like a real company, then you shouldn't exist.

In-store service was awful ... The kiosk required to scan a table tent, but the tent would not scan. I waited at the counter and multiple employees walked by and acknowledged me, but did not take my order

This McDs is hit and miss. Don't bother using the app because the food is rarely ready when you arrive and you end going to sit in the waiting spots. Plus some of the employees seem like they can barely stand working there. It's definitely not the McDs I went to when I was younger.

Their communication with customer is not professional instead them taking your order they will tell you quick to use the Kiosk and sometime with a attitude l wish I don't do because I pay cash. I only go to this McDonald's because it's convenient to my working location.

I ordered the kids meal got it all in a big bag with no toy I asked for ketchup the big girl at the window said they didn’t have ketchup and slammed the window in my face. I thought it was very rude.
