Must be severely understaffed. The woman who spoke was genuine and it’s not her fault but it took 5 mins to just talk to someone about my order which I placed ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. There was 1 car infront of me and I saw atleast 4 people inside so either they don’t care about their jobs enough to help or the staff that was there doesn’t know what to do and is new. Either way a 10 plus min wait after placing a mobile order to talk to someone plus additional wait to get my food and drink is crazy. I’ve worked fast food this wasn’t it

Confirmed - morning crew needs help. Rude and ineffecient. This place needs help. The management stinks and the food is inconsistent. I stopped by last week and got the side eye from the 1 star employee in the drive thru like I was inconveniencing her. I've received the wrong drink numerous times and even got a fillet of fish when I ordered and paid for a quarter pounder. They need to pay much better attention and drop the attitude. Dairy Queen, Arbys and Bojangles are nearby and the best cheeseburgers are at Riverside North anyway.
