Horrible pizza was delivered to my hotel room. Burnt and cold. Unable to eat. Sent pictures to doordash. I strongly suggest you don't eat there or especially near order delivery.

Stayed at Court Yard Marriott. We had dinner here. Delicious pizza and appetizers.

So first off, this is one of the only Alpha gal friendly restaurants I ve been too in the state of Virginia. This is the second time I ve been here and the staff is knowledgeable about food allergies. Will come back anytime. Well done Tyler, managers should offer a raise thankyou for your knowledge and customer service excellent job young man.

Visited for the second time and I absolutely love the pizza here! Also, the meatball dish is naice.

Fun fact: they will make you any abomination of a pizza you wish to order. Even a pineapple, mushroom, spinach, ricotta.

Great place, beautiful on the inside and great staff. Delivery Driver especially as he's the one who convinced me to stop by sometime. The magic meatballs were alright, but the House Special pizza was great. A really good crusty yet chewy crust, with plenty of toppings. And their sauce was great as well.

Ordered a half Mighty Meaty half Holy Shiitake pizza from this restaurant for pickup for $32. The “mighty meaty” was advertised as having pepperoni, sausage, ham, and bacon. We got home and this is what we saw - a pepperoni pizza with some ham slices dropped on top.

We went back to the store two days later to show the manager the picture of the pizza, as he had requested over the phone. He asked to see the photo twice and squinted until he could make out a tiny piece of bacon and sausage crumble on the picture. He explained it away by saying that the sausage was crumbled too small to see, and the bacon was buried under the cheese because otherwise it would burn. I said it didn’t look anything like the pizzas posted on its website and by other customers (pictures included), and he argued that online images of pizzas never actually represent what you’ll be getting. He had a chef come out and say that the “recipe had changed,”so of course it wouldn’t be represented by the pictures on their own website. The manager also explained how a “larger pizza won’t have as much toppings as a smaller pizza because a smaller pizza will look like it has more toppings.”

My organization had in the past catered quite frequently from them, but I’ll be recommending they start catering from Pi-Napo or any of the other countless pizzerias in Charlottesville with better customer service than this. In fact, I’ve had better service at a Domino’s. If you’re from out of town, better skip this one.

I liked the pizza, but my waiter was kind of weird. When we gave him a huge tip, he got visibly upset and started ranting incoherently. I picked up something about Heidegger, vitalism, and mushroom swiss burgers? I don’t know.

First time getting pizza from here last night. I have alpha gal, so allergic to mammal meats and all mammal products along with a niche ingredient made from algae (weird, I know). Asked the person on the phone if this ingredient was in the nondairy cheese substitute, and she took the time to not only check, but read me every ingredient in it. Wish I got her name, she was super awesome and accommodating. Pizza itself was fantastic, my mother and I had semi complicated orders and they were correct. Store is a little bit out of the way from where we live, but totally worth it for the exceptional service and quality of the pizza.

I love mellow mushroom pizza. I was in town for some doc appts and testing that went well. It was a beautiful day so I treated myself used the app to order a pizza and sit outside to eat. The server was very polite. Parking can be a challenge in the area but the pizza was perfect!
