I was in the area, and after reading so many positive reviews I decided to stop by with my daughter for lunch. The host was very rude to me. I walked up to the stand to order and instead of greeting me, he just stared. I spoke still, and he was very reluctant to even say “hello”. However, I did take notice that he was very friendly to the white gentlemen in front and behind me in line. Nonetheless, i proceeded with my order. He was again annoyed that i had a few simple menu questions. We seated ourselves and the food came out in a timely manner, but was obviously not made to order and had been sitting. Mediocre at its best. 12 hours later I had vomittimg & diarrhea.

I had high hopes, but my hopes were dashed somewhat.
First time checking Moe's and I would not return. Service up front was solid, but the food did not deliver for me.
The restaurant is located just off UVA grounds. Plenty of parking maybe should have been a clue. Overall the dining room was clean, but our table had some debris on top and floor.
I ordered the wing platter with sides of baked beans and macaroni and cheese. My daughter the pulled pork sandwich with macaroni and cheese. My wife the turkey and shared sides. No one cared for the macaroni as it was flavorless. The wings were good, but small for the price. They say it's a half pound. The baked beans were tasty. My wife liked her turkey,
I'm not inclined to recommend or try again. It also burned me that they have a tipping option and do not deliver the food to the table.
The food is delicious and not expensive! All this for for $23! Definitely give it a go!
