Mona Lisa was an affordable and delicious option for feeding our party. They accommodated our requests and made pick-up easy. The baked ziti and meat lasagna were favorites. Will continue to recommend Mona Lisa!

I have lived here for years during my time at uva and so sad that I just discovered this place for my last summer in cville. It does not disappoint. The prices are competitive and comparable (and from what I glean, better) than any other restaurant serving similar food in cville. I plan to try the fresh pasta and raviolis next - also comparable to even grocery store chains… very good vibe, and an underrated gem

Tried again, but disappointedly ordered the veggie sandwich and it hardly had anything on it and mostly bread; this place has potential but continues to disappoint

I walked in and waited at the counter and no one ever came out from the back room so I left. Hate that I drove across town specifically for his place and ended up the Dairy Market across the street.

Tried the catering here for an interview at UVA and it was excellent. The pasta salad and eggplant sandwiches were my favorite. Cannoli’s had a lemon twist which I hadn’t seen before if you’re a fan (I was)

So good! I got a sandwich and a canoli...yum! My friend got a pizza slice and a soda.
It's mostly a market for wine, pasta, and Italian products. You can purchase a sandwich and eat it at 2 tables or a small counter, or sit at the outside table and people watch.

Wonderful gem in Charlottesville! Our favorite is the take homemade pizza dough, marinara sauce, and all quality toppings! Don’t forget all the scrumptious desserts!

Have been in Charlottesville for several years now, and have longed for an Italian deli on par with what I expect of an Italian deli. Recently found this place, and this is what I have been missing all of this time!

They have wonderful food to take home to eat. The baked cheese ziti is amazing. Pop it on the oven for an hour at 400 and presto you have a dinner for your entire family. The meat lasagna is yummy too, everything is delish!.
