Wouldn’t accept my freaking gift card for the place. Just wanted more money. Awful experience.
If I could leave zero stars for my experience tonight, I would. We arrived at 9:50, tired children in tow - who I promised ice cream to. When we walked up to the counter, one girl was mopping and one girl was carrying ice cream to the back. I stood there and waited patiently when they approached annoyed. They were rude and told me they always close 10 minutes early so they can go home at 10 PM. What a shame. They turned away another customer behind me.
the flavors are amazing, love how fresh they taste!
Banana splits were great and the guy at the counter was really nice
Delicious.
Let me tell you something: This ice cream is the only ice cream l eat. Delicious and it has real milk!!
Love ice cream from Moo Thru! Great quality ice cream with multiple choice of flavors. Shakes are so delicious and enjoyable. Great choice for something to sweeten your day!
Banana split was very good
This review is for milkshakes only. I love their ice cream so I thought I try the milkshakes. When I got it the shake it was so runny because too much milk was used. The ice cream was so diluted I could not tell it was dark chocolate. Lesson learn is get ice cream only.
Delicious milky ice cream. The best I’ve had in the US.

Paid about $20 for 2 very thin, watery milkshakes. Wouldn’t bother if I were you.
The atmosphere there in Dairy Market is awesome, but the ice creams taste average.

First of all you can't actually see the tubs of ice cream from in front of the register. You can't watch the workers make it. I think that takes a little bit of the fun out of it personally. I got 2 waffle cones with sprinkles, total was $15. That's already insanely expensive but that would've been fine if the ice cream was really good. The ice cream was worse than a supermarket brand. I got cookie dough, it was generic and tasted like sweet ice with large uniform round chunks of processed cookie dough. Very little flavor with weird texture and the ice cream tasted of bland sweetened ice. They have a sign that says real ice cream from real farmers, if that is true then I feel bad for the farmers who's hard work goes into this inferior product. The waffle cone was also disappointing, completely hard, really thick, and tasted of nothing but sugar. The service was borderline disrespectful, workers had a hard time understanding me and made me repeat my order a couple times. If I had known the product I was going to get was lackluster I would've gone to the store and made my own. I understand the convenience point but this was not worth it. The location was interesting and the sprinkles were as expected which was nice, but overall I was left really disappointed.

Ambivalent customer service. Most unexceptional ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Cookies&cream had no flavor, just straight sugar, and had a piece of cookie in every fifth bite. Waffle cone tasted like cardboard. Absolutely pitiful. Do better.
