I ordered the Pad Thai. It was fairly good. Part of me wished I ordered from a Thai restaurant instead, as it may have been a bit tastier. But it's hard to beat the speed of service from friendly dedicated staff.

Did not accept gift cards. Cashier over charged for something we did not order. Confusing menu.

An ideal place in the USA to eat something other than a burger and have a keen eye on the quantity of calories ingested. Passable food, order error, all the trouble in the world finding water without sugar. But we got there!

Food portions were small for the price. The sauce the tortellini was in wasn't creamy or flavorful.

The food, service, or cleanliness are great. I enjoyed my Korean Noodles and my vegetarian wife loves the spicy tortelloni with extra sauce.

Food quality was very poor - half cooked and dry noodles, no flavor or taste to the food - had to throw out half because it was tasteless and the food was inedible. Would not recommend.

Dirty tables, service was ok. But the food was disgusting, it has a disgusting grainy wet texture, kraft mac&cheese is 10× better.

Matt at Noodles & Co. has exemplary manners and a diplomatic demeanor. He was hard working and of good cheer. I have yet to receive such fine service at any white table cloth in Charlottesville restaurant compared to what Matt deliverered today. Meadow was exceedingly lovely as well, polite, and diligently tidy. The atmosphere was very calm yet productive. I was just going to grab a soda but Matt’s gregariousness made me want to stay and order food I was not even hungry for. Leadership is in Matt’s future! Cheers to wonderful staffing at Noodles & Co.!Vegetarian options: Tofu & plant based simulated-chicken available

We rarely go to noodle restaurants, but we were traveling in the area and wanted an inexpensive meal that wasn't fast food. We stepped inside to look at the posted menu. It's over the ordering area. An employee saw us trying to read it over people's heads and handed us a paper menu without us asking. He explained that the wall menu is going digital and apologized for it being temporarily unavailable. We were impressed with his customer service. My husband ordered Pesto Cavatappi with Grilled Chicken. I ordered Japanese Pan Noodles after asking how spicy they are since I don't mind a little heat but don't want to burn more than taste my food. Both were available in 2 sizes (we selected the small) with many optional additions and subtractions available. The food was delivered to our table and was really good and the amount was a good serving. (I saw people order the large and take some home.) We asked if we should bus our own table but were told that they clear our table for us. The experience was so positive that we returned for dinner the next night ordering the same dishes and I took advantage of their flexibility and added grilled chicken to mine.Vegetarian options: Unless the protein ingredient is cooked in the sauce, they seem to be able to omit it at your request.
