I have been to Outback once in my life 15 years ago in NYC. We kind of went as a joke, but DANG I loved it. We had a full slab of amazing ribs with fries and a heap of delicious Mac and cheese as well as a shockingly tasty prime rib. We had a great time! I don’t know if I’d go to just any Outback now, but I’d come back to this one when we’re in town.

Not only was the food great in the service was great. I watched the server help an elderly couple try and use an outdated coupon as well as being able to share the meal. The server went above and beyond to honor the coupon and make this couple who was trying to share the one meal feel like they were having a five dollar dine experiencethat alone will make me wanna go to our local outback time and time again so go give him some love

Service was one of the best I've experienced at a restaurant before! Everyone was super nice and went above & beyond for us. I only removed a star because the meat wasn't cooked nearly as close as requested. It was all very buttery & greasey too.

Kid-friendliness: They have booster seats, high chairs, & foldable sling for newborn car seats

We came in for a great meal and that's what we got our servers saraj and carlos were awesome as always. They are super attentive and checked to ensure things were up to standards. We were a 4 top(2adults-2kids) and had kid cheeseburger 😋 , kid sirloin med rare 😋, bloom chix w/loaded mash and broccoli 😋, and I had the grilled chicken butterflied w/ chopped salad and broccoli ❤️ 😋. I thought my chix was moist and my sides were so delicious. Noone at my table complained. We left full as intended. We love this outback the line did great tonight 👏

This restaurant is terrible. Food is dry and the employees are extremely rude. My wife worked here for only a few weeks and it was so bad she couldn’t stand it. Out of spite for her not wanting to work there anymore they refused to pay her for 2 weeks of work due to a “clock in and out” error.

The only reason they are getting 1 star is that there isn't anything less. Used to be great... Bad service the last 3 times in. Especially by 1 individual. They know who they are.
.
My wife and I decided to give them another try, what a mistake, both of us sick as a dog... NEVER AGAIN (not convinced it wasn't on purpose) You lost good repeating customers for years now, thanks SO much for ruining it...

We had Shelley as our server and she was absolutely amazing! We followed her here from another restaurant and she's still on top of things! If you go here, ask for Shelley. She keeps the drinks and bread coming! The food was spot on delicious! Good job Outback!

Kid-friendliness: She was per norm so sweet and wonderful with our children giving them crayons and coloring pages.

in fairness, this was my first ever visit to an Outback.. I ordered my steak with no seasoning because I learned a long time ago just to do that. my friend didn't and was unable to eat the steak and chicken combo because it was overloaded with spices. My ribeye was ok but had a few spots of gristle, but they did cook it properly. Side salad was mainly a heaping bowl of lettuce, with MAYBE 4 cherry tomatoes cut in half, a couple of thinly sliced cucumber pieces, a couple of pieces of red onion ( which I removed), 4 or 5 extra crunchy croutons (again I removed), and a sparse sprinkling of grated cheese. Baked potatoes were sparse on the butter, could have probably asked for more but since the server didn't remember to refill my friend's drink when asked to we may or may not have gotten it.. If you go here, ask for extra butter right at the start and if you want to actually taste the meat of choice, tell them no seasoning. No offense to the Outback fans here, but I'll stick with Texas Roadhouse. Larger ribeye for less cost, soft rolls instead of rye bread, and a better salad in my opinion.
