The baker was pretty rude. I changed my mind about purchasing something because I asked if it was from this morning and they said yes. Then I decided it was too much trouble so I’d just keep it, and yelled that to the cashier in the back and went about going to wait on my food with the pasty. The pasty chef approached me asking if there was a problem and I said no, it’s fine. Then he went on to say he actually bakes everything the night before and sells it the next day, as he’s doing now and if I had a problem with it he would issue me a refund. If you’re going to take everything this personally maybe you shouldn’t be communicating with customers. If I’m saying it’s fine, and I’m going to keep the item, when are you pushing the issue? Weird behavior
Ps: the person I exchanged words with could have been a manager, I don’t know. They spoke as though they were the chef…
Update: it was stale and hard…. Rather than being polite, I should have gotten my refund.

I’ve visited three times after 5 PM for dinner in the past 6 months, and each time the bread has been unavailable—there’s literally none in sight. Since the closing time is 9 PM, it’s surprising that these items run out so early. This most recent visit, they were also out of chips, tomatoes, and alllllllll bread.

One star is too much for this location! I ordered and had cookies delivered for my office Christmas party. When we had these in the past, they were fresh and soft. I ones that I received today for the party were stale and hard-they had to be thrown in the trash. I called and spoke to Eric and the asst general manager-both were non-chalant about my complaint and would not fully refund my money-pretty much laughed at me on the phone. I could have broken a window with those cookies. I would be ashamed to send out something like that to a paying customer. I will be disputing this charge also! Such lovely customer service coming from the management team!

Stopped for lunch today with my wife. Cheraye took our order and when we got to our table, we realized the order was incorrect. My wife ordered a half sandwich and he ordered a whole, my sandwich was a full order of Mac and cheese. I went back and let him know that there was an error. He apologized and retrieved the manager by the name of Rachel. She refunded the Mac and cheese and I had to order my sandwich separately. Now I have two paging devices. Of course the order will be split. I had to wait at least 15 minutes for my sandwich after the initial order was put up. I understand that misfires occasionally occur. Cheraye did apologize, but Rachel could have shown some empathy and never apologized for the mistake. When we were finished, it took another 15 minutes just to get a to go box for the extra half sandwich that my wife never wanted in the first place. Panera has seriously gone down hill one the last five years. We would have been better off going to a stand alone small business for the same money. Panera has left a bad impression on me for the last time. I’m out.

I visited Panera Bread yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I ordered one hot and one cold sandwich, and both were tasty and freshly made. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The cafe was bustling with people, but the atmosphere was lively and welcoming.☺️
They have the best cinnamon crunch bagels ever. My daughter loves going here for their cinnamon crunch bagels and the relaxed atmosphere. I enjoy their coffee.

Today, I came in and my order wasn’t showing up on the screen and Denis had helped me get my food. He is an amazing worker. Everytime I come here I always have the best experience and the food is always amazing.

I love this place togo but, when I ordered the avocado toast it was on stale bead the avocado didn't seem tasty, over seasoned. The croissant sandwich looked like it was smashed and unappealing. Sad sandwich and avo toast. Usually the food is great. This time it was made with no love.
