Awful service. This specific store will cancel your order more times than they will deliver. Their terms state your order "may be canceled in full up to 45 minutes of the delivery window selected" yet every order of mine they have canceled has been within 30 minutes of delivery. Pathetic.

I ordered my pizza at 5:17 and got it at 6:06. At first the girl promised me a 30% discount for my wait, however, she said her ‘checking out’ computer was down and that she couldn’t give me a discount when I finally got my pizza. This girl was rude and was literally vaping behind the counter. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. Won’t return.

I have given this location grace over the last several visits. However it is unacceptable that I continue to pay for items missing from my orders. I called to finally complain after the last several orders have been incorrect and was essential told by the "manager" on duty there was nothing to they could or would do since it was not a delivery.Not getting the products paid for or a resolution for their consistent failure to properly full fill orders or willingness to correct it shows they don't care about their product or what they sell.customer service and product failure!

As the closest location I have ordered several times. Unfortunately almost every time something is missing from my order. I work in customer service and have given them grace. However I called tonight as the order again was not correct and was told by the female manager on duty "her guys must not have paid attention" and "there was nothing she would do". So customers can spend money and not get items they are owed and she doesn't care.
I will never waste my money at this location again clearly the manager doesn't care.
