Terrible service with attitude. Got the wrong pizza delivered with no real receipt. Called the store and was told, sorry cannot help you and he abruptly hung up on me. Called back and they would pick up the phone again. Canceling my credit card out of caution.

Waited for more than 2 hours to get my pizza :( not the first this happened.

Waited over 2 hours and never actually got my pizza. Manager had a constant attitude and talked down to me on the phone like I was a child from the beginning of the conversation.

Do not order from this place you will not get your pizza!!! If you want delivery you have to find a different store!!!

Order carry out by mistake tried to contact store to cancel and was hung up on over 10 times. Never was able to get manager or anyone for that matter to answer. Super unprofessional.

Had a last minute large delivery order. Nay helped me out on phone and was super professional. With very little lead time they delivered on time to UVA hospital. Thank you very much

I had a terrible experience at this location. Xavier was extremely rude and gave me the wrong order. When I came back to get it corrected, he told me he “couldn’t help me with that anymore” and refused to give me his name. I had to ask another employee just to find out who he was. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service.

I ordered through GrubHub during the Super Bowl, at 7PM. My order went through and I waited around 40ish minutes before calling the restaurant. I am less than a mile from the restaurant and my “currency” does not allow me to do “pick-ups” so I had to settle for the delivery. Regardless, when I called I was told the restaurant was backed up and that I would receive a call once my delivery was at my destination. The delivery never came, and as of right now I still haven’t gotten my money refunded.

Racist employees. Would yell at you and threaten to call police even if you ask if your app pickup order is ready.

Ordered through door dash at 11:45pm. At 12:45am they told door dash they were out of pizza. Everything is closed. Thanks. Good looking out. What a douche move.

Kelsey and her team literally saved our Saturday evening of wanting to stay in and watch holiday movies all night. I would recommend this specific Papa John’s to anyone! They are the best!

I ordered delivery through the website well before the store closed. My food was supposed to be delivered within 40-50 minutes after I ordered, but it never arrived. I went outside multiple times and walked around my whole building to make sure it wasn’t just dropped off and I missed it. It said it was delivered on the tracker, but I waited outside for 20 minutes once it said it was delivered to see if it was a glitch, and it never came. I tried calling the store 3 separate times and every time they immediately hung up once the call went through. I did not order through a third party delivery service. This was supposed to be for one of my friend’s birthdays, and it was rather expensive for a single item.

This was the worst pizza I have ever tried in my life. If I could, I wouldn’t give them a star at all.

It was pricey and poorly made. Don’t recommend it!
