If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a $37 order online, received a confirmation email and waited 30 minutes before following up on my order. When I called the store, C (trying not to dox) stated that they did not have my order. I checked my CC statement and it shows charged. I checked my confirmation email, it says out for delivery. She says there's nothing she can do and gives me a phone number to call. I call it and it's the corporate help desk number for employees. I call back to the store and get forwarded to the "this restaurant is closed" 3x before someone finally answers my call and it's C again. She directs me to the website as they are not willing to do anything. I ask her if this is where we are leaving my first experience with the store where PJ's accepts and bills me for an order and her store shows no empathy or customer service skills whatsoever. She says yes. Worst first time customer and customer service experience ever. I will be filing a fraud claim on the charge and never doing business here again. Buyer beware.

Accidentally placed a carry out order. Called right as I caught it because I meant for it to be delivery. Nobody answered the phone. Called 8 times total with switching between manager and the existing order option; still no answer. Terrible customer service and looks like I’m out $20… nice

Sucked no help , long lines , food came out incomplete missing tomatoes like warm burger, the one positive thing was fries were hot.

First I was told my pizza was accidentally dropped off at another house. Thinking “no worries, They will make a fresh one for me.” However after another 15 min, my pizza arrives with hard cheese and is barely warmer than room temperature. Did it just get picked back up!? Seriously concerning during a pandemic! I will never order from this location again.

Yesterday we placed a delivery order. Nathaniel took our order and was very polite and helpful. The driver that delivered our order was Christopher, and he was very polite and friendly. He was wearing a mask and and standing a few feet away from our front door. He clearly cared about our safety in his own safety and practiced good covid-19 protocols. The food was very excellent and cooked really great!

I love that they have a gluten free option (that they do well with) and can add a coupon with. You can barely find anything gluten free with a discount.
