There are precisely 38 reasons to keep a stock of Valente Pasta on hand. For instance, I'm not a vegetarian, but I have some vegetarian friends. When we invite one over for dinner, we've got to figure out what to serve.

I discovered this pasta on the bottom shelf, lower left corner of my Kroger pasta section...what a great find; the flavor and texture are spot on. I have the water on now to boil up some Spinach Fettuccine.
