Absolutely horrible. Pizza Hut isn’t the same anymore. Ordered a deal with two medium pizzas, 8 boneless wings, breadsticks for about $40. The cheese pizza was supposed to have extra cheese on it, barely had one topping of cheese. The other medium was a meat lovers. Lacked meat and cheese. Also got sweet marinara on them but that wasn’t even in them at all. Regular marinara instead. Skimpy toppings is an understatement here. Also the boneless wings was supposed to be a count of 8, I got 6 and they were previously tossed in something hot then tossed in honey BBQ. Disgusting! I used to manage restaurants. The food cost for pizza is not that high and this Pizza Hut is ripping off their customers. There is barely any sauce, cheese and or any toppings in your pizza. Just dough is the only big portion you get. I will not be ordering from here any longer. Seems to be all the big chain restaurants are being bought out by cheap owners that rob their customers of what used to be great pizza. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Your consumers yourself and expect what you pay for but in turn do this to your customers?

Pizza was supposed to be ready in 15 mins., 45 mins. Later the 4 personal pan pizzas were ready. Update your website with accurate times. Very poor service.

I need to update and order and there is no way to do it via the app or email and the number listed for this pizza hut is no longer in service so i cannot contact them and may have just wasted $65.

Ordered 2 large pizzas 1 Supreme, and 1 sausage & ham. We got more bread than actual pizza items. I use to love Pizza Hut, always plenty of toppings and sauce, HOWEVER, WHERE are those items?? I bit the pizza thought there was NO sauce the more i ate i saw a hint of red... if I want all bread I'd oder bread sticks. My order was $50+ and it was the most awful Pizza Hut pizza I've ever gotten. This is in Charlottesville, Virginia.

The manager Erin was unprofessional. I waited for hours for delivery I never got it. She got smart with me over the phone . She Very unprofessional for her job

Terrible. Store not even opened. Did the staff forget to come to work? Pulled up at 1130. Writing on window said open at 1000. Went to McDonald's instead. Good job Pizza Hut.

I placed an on-line order to be ready at noon. I did try to call the location to make an order change. You can NEVER reach the store by phone, only the call center...why have a local business number if you are never going to answer it? Anyway, I arrived at noon to find the door locked and dark on the inside. A male person came to the door, looking totally confused. I was told that my order was not ready because the manager called out from work. No one bothered to call to let me know that my order would not be ready on time. So, I had no order and I was refused a refund. The customer service here gets worse and worse. As I type this, I have no food and no refund. I don't even know how this location remains open. I am waiting for a district person to return my call. This is totally unacceptable!

First time ordering delivery online threw this place and it was the most horrible experience ever! Put my order in around 3:30pm so it would be there by the time I got back from getting my child from school which was to be delivered at 3:51 to my disabled mother who didn't know. Get home before & the order had already been delivered & I wondered why it got there so fast. I checked the order & it was wrong, was spicy stuff which we can't eat. So that order is waisted since they didn't want it back when I called. They was sending me my actual order which had to wait another 30mins. It got here by door dash & they couldn't deliver it to me cause it said it needed to be paid for when I already paid for my order & showed them my receipt. Had to call again, customer service connected me to the business & a lady answered and before I could get one word out she hangs up on me. So had to call again it's 5:35pm and yet again waiting for my order again for another 30mins with a frustrated child & my health is bad and suffer from chronic pain & suffer from bad anxiety which is crazy now & my sugar dropped which makes me sick cause we still haven't got our dinner cause I didn't cook cause Iam not feeling well due to heart stuff & so on going on. I have a very angry frustrated hungry disabled mother. This has been a complete nightmare & Iam still waiting for our dinner. Should get my order & a refund for this experience & and holding us up which caused me a lot of stress. Yet again no order & delivery person has been waiting for long time & she can't wait any longer.
Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They trying to steal my money, from a struggling single mother with health issues & to much stress in my life already. Place should be shut down!!!!
