First time ordering delivery online threw this place and it was the most horrible experience ever! Put my order in around 3:30pm so it would be there by the time I got back from getting my child from school which was to be delivered at 3:51 to my disabled mother who didn't know. Get home before & the order had already been delivered & I wondered why it got there so fast. I checked the order & it was wrong, was spicy stuff which we can't eat. So that order is waisted since they didn't want it back when I called. They was sending me my actual order which had to wait another 30mins. It got here by door dash & they couldn't deliver it to me cause it said it needed to be paid for when I already paid for my order & showed them my receipt. Had to call again, customer service connected me to the business & a lady answered and before I could get one word out she hangs up on me. So had to call again it's 5:35pm and yet again waiting for my order again for another 30mins with a frustrated child & my health is bad and suffer from chronic pain & suffer from bad anxiety which is crazy now & my sugar dropped which makes me sick cause we still haven't got our dinner cause I didn't cook cause Iam not feeling well due to heart stuff & so on going on. I have a very angry frustrated hungry disabled mother. This has been a complete nightmare & Iam still waiting for our dinner. Should get my order & a refund for this experience & and holding us up which caused me a lot of stress. Yet again no order & delivery person has been waiting for long time & she can't wait any longer.
Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They trying to steal my money, from a struggling single mother with health issues & to much stress in my life already. Place should be shut down!!!!

I ordered triple bundle over the phone for my family. Never once I was told that they had run out of cheese. I picked up my pizzas and 3 more people came in to order pizzas and they were told that they didn't have anymore cheese. The cheese on my pizzas barely covered the crest. I asked the lady why don't you'll go to Food Lion to get some cheese, she said I'm not going to Food Lion to get cheese.

I'm in here at least twice a week. The preparation and quality is excellent right up there with the Customer Service!! We always look forward to getting two pizzas or more per visit.
Fully staff this restaurant and train management on how to read the online orders that come into the restaurant. Management not only incorrectly made one of my pizzas and totally forgot 2 items. It was ridiculous. My order was supposedly ready when I arrived to the restaurant, however it was incomplete and incorrect. When I told the manager I was missing an order of cinnasticks several times, he proceeded to make cheese sticks, and got an attitude when I told him I was missing cinnasticks not cheesesticks. Then after the cinnasticks were complete, something told me to check my entire order. The large pepperoni and sausage pan pizza with extra sauce we ordered was actually a sauceless cheese pizza. After waiting almost an hour for the other subpar food I could not wait any longer for him to remake the pizza. It was super ridiculous, and never once apologized. If you can't fully staff a restaurant, you should just close it. Unacceptable.

I love Pizza Hut! But every time I have an issue. Normally there is one person working and the rest standing around not being helpful. It took 1hour to get a personal pan pizza.

ADDING A 15 % TIP WITHOUT APPROVAL IS AGAINST THE LAW AND FRAUDULENT! AVOID THIS PLACE. I never tip when I pick up my order. The guy didn't have me sign, which I always have before. I stood there waiting to sign, and he said that's it. I even said I usually have to sign. White tall guy with glasses. $16.96 + $2.54 unauthorized tip = the $19.50 I was charged.

I will atleast say each time the manager on duty has been very friendly and nice. On to the complaint. Placed an order for a Buffalo melt 2 weeks ago. Get home and I have a cheese, onion and chicken melt. Spoke with a Cary Moore “area coach”. She/He noted a “10 credit would be on my account”. I order again tonight. Get home and my Buffalo melt has no Buffalo sauce on one side and a dribbling on the other. I mean you can’t make this $ hit up. They messed up my 2nd order that was supposed to be making things right for the first order. Pathetic.

Today a few minutes ago I made a pizza and the man who served me with all the respect he deserves treated me very badly. They have to improve the service because I am Latino. They don't have to discriminate because the food is purchased and not given away.
