Order was delivered incomplete. Tried calling EIGHT times and was disconnected EIGHT times. 40-minute wait to deliver the rest of the order. Quality of food was marginal, at best. Noticeably smaller pizzas compared to others. Definitely overpriced. Will not order from PH again.

As a guy who served as a five star GM for three different Domino's locations, I can confidently say that Scott and his team are doing a bang-up job. It's less than a mile from my house, so as long as the price is right, nobody out pizzas the hut. The sole remaining Pizza Hut in Charlottesville is top notch in my experience.

This pizza was delicious and that day good service , but been there before and onece they did not put búfalo sauce on my wings didn’t realized until I get home and service was very slow I ordered online and they took 15 minutes extra bc they forgot the wings young mans without experience or training at

Update on 1/8: We ordered again and the manager had to call me because they didn't have pasta to make the pasta meal we ordered. I told her about the issue we encountered and she threw in the garlic cheese bread that we didn't get previously with our order. Review updated to 5 stars!------------------------------------We did an order online and it arrived in a timely fashion, but one item was missing (cheesy garlic bread). I attempted to call the store and ask for a refund, but was routed to a call center. They said they could not help me and I should just go to the store. That defeats the purpose of having food delivered. I kept trying and getting different people and asked for the call center manager. The call center manager told me a distric manager would call me, but it's been several weeks and nothing. Now I'm out $10 plus tax and tip on the whole reason I ordered from PH in the first place. The other food we actually got was good, but we ordered b/c of that cheesy garlic bread. Probably won't order from this store again and would like my money back, but probably won't see it.

Pizza was bland and the dough wasn't cooked all the way.There was really any sauce on the pizza.I would have been better buying a digorno frozen pizza.Worst pizza from the hut in my life.I just ate the cheese off pizza.?

Called to order…I got a call center for ordering and did so; paying.over the phone. I Waited an hour and ten minutes and called Pizza Hut again. Once more I got the call center who had no information on timing for delivery. After two attempts I was connected to the local store. My pizza order has not been started yet, the manager said it would be another hour and a half before I might get the order or I could cancel the order which he was eager to do…so order cancelled.So we’re talking about what? …a three hour delivery time?!!! Busy is one thing but this is too much. Maybe getting help is more difficult than anyone could imagine?I will not try Pizza Hut again and they’d better not try to charge my card!!!

I tried to do a simple order of cinnamon sticks but it took me 5 calls; 1 of which was on a different phone number. To sum it up their phone is broken they answered in a timely manner, but for some reason was unable to hear me multiple times. They also knew it was coming from the same number, but still couldn’t hear me. If you want good pizza this is an alright place, BUT you NEED to go there if you want your food to show up or use a third-party app to order.
