There are a lot of great ciders along 29 and 151 but this is in the running for best. These aren’t those sweet bottles you find in the grocery store, dry and creative flavors. The food is great, I recommend the Cuban, it’s amazing. Grounds are vast and there’s a lot of live music there.
We were all excited to hear the live music and sit outside tonight, but were so disappointed that the piped in music was playing at the same time as the live music! Talk about confusion. We asked the server if the background music could be turned down/off but no one seems to “know how.”

We LOVE Potter's! I discovered their ciders when I lived in Virginia Beach and I was SO happy when I realized we were moving near the cidery in Charlottesville. Their ciders are really varied, with lots of different flavors and fun combinations. We are particular fans of the petite cider - it's crisp and dry and we find ourselves reaching for it all the time at home.
