We had an amazing experience with Red Hub Catering. They provided our cocktail hour food, reception buffet, cutting cake, bartending service, and Sunday brunch. The food and service were impeccable. For bartending service, Red Hub provided the bar set up and mixers, but allowed us to provide our own alcohol which is uncommon among catering vendors. Red Hub generated a custom menu for our reception that consisted of a nacho bar for cocktail hour followed by a taco buffet for dinner. They also baked a beautiful cutting cake and delivered brunch to the lodge we were at the following morning for everyone to enjoy. Overall an incredible vendor who expertly provided us multiple wedding services.

Red Hub was absolutely delicious! We had pulled pork and roast chicken (which were great) but the real hit was the mashed potatoes, which were incredible. We liked the variety in the menu and their partnership with Farm Bell gave us a lot of options (everything we tried was delicious, even the things that didn’t make our menu). We also used them for bartending and were very happy with the service they provided, even with complicated signature drinks.

Red Hub just catered our wedding and made the experience unbelievable !!! People are still talking about the food. My husband and I asked for BBQ sauces at each table and they obliged. The service was outstanding and the food was unbelievable- if I could give it 100 starts I would !!!!!

Absolutely amazing not only the food but the owners. At the last minute when my first caterer fell through I reached out to Red Hub and they immediately came to my rescue for my Moms Celebration of Life. The food was delivered by the nicest man he set everything up beautifully as he was leaving I said hey I still need to pay you for this, he’s responds made me realize there are still caring people in the world “ mom said due to the circumstances of today’s event she didn’t want to trouble you with a bill she will send it in a few days” he brought me to tears. How amazing is this family when they put emotion above the dollar. They say God works in mysterious ways and he lead me to this amazing business. I will never forget them and from this point on will always be my go to catering service.Not to mention their sauce were delicious and I will be contacting today for more as out of state family requested bottles

Very casual but a commentating service. The food really wasn’t that great. Ribs are dry, and pulled pork is quite blend. The best thing is probably the potato salad.
The ribs knock it out of the park! I ate them too quickly to snap a photo but they were everything that good ribs should be. I usually like wet BBQ but these relatively dry ribs still had a delightfully smoky, bold, and tender appeal. The BBQ sauce that comes with the pulled pork was a bit high on the vinegar side but still a 4/5. The chips fall a bit flat but the potato salad was exactly right.

Was okay. Brisket tastes boiled or reheated or something. Looks a bit slimy. Some of the chips were stale. Green beans and pickles decent. Bread and sauces ok. Prefer Vision and Ace in C'ville. Service quick and friendly.
