Red Hub was absolutely delicious! We had pulled pork and roast chicken (which were great) but the real hit was the mashed potatoes, which were incredible. We liked the variety in the menu and their partnership with Farm Bell gave us a lot of options (everything we tried was delicious, even the things that didn’t make our menu). We also used them for bartending and were very happy with the service they provided, even with complicated signature drinks.

Red Hub just catered our wedding and made the experience unbelievable !!! People are still talking about the food. My husband and I asked for BBQ sauces at each table and they obliged. The service was outstanding and the food was unbelievable- if I could give it 100 starts I would !!!!!

Absolutely amazing not only the food but the owners. At the last minute when my first caterer fell through I reached out to Red Hub and they immediately came to my rescue for my Moms Celebration of Life. The food was delivered by the nicest man he set everything up beautifully as he was leaving I said hey I still need to pay you for this, he’s responds made me realize there are still caring people in the world “ mom said due to the circumstances of today’s event she didn’t want to trouble you with a bill she will send it in a few days” he brought me to tears. How amazing is this family when they put emotion above the dollar. They say God works in mysterious ways and he lead me to this amazing business. I will never forget them and from this point on will always be my go to catering service.Not to mention their sauce were delicious and I will be contacting today for more as out of state family requested bottles

We had Red Hub food co caterer my wedding they were so professional and made a very stressful day so much more at ease for me. From the food being amazing to the service being fantastic. They had my guest asking for more all day and even as they left. They made sure my husband and I were not left hungry at our own wedding and made everything feel so nice.

Very casual but a commentating service. The food really wasn’t that great. Ribs are dry, and pulled pork is quite blend. The best thing is probably the potato salad.

The ribs knock it out of the park! I ate them too quickly to snap a photo but they were everything that good ribs should be. I usually like wet BBQ but these relatively dry ribs still had a delightfully smoky, bold, and tender appeal. The BBQ sauce that comes with the pulled pork was a bit high on the vinegar side but still a 4/5. The chips fall a bit flat but the potato salad was exactly right.

Abhorrent, unprofessional behavior. They "forget" items you order all the time, so check if you pick up from them. They also don't mind cancelling a to-go order at the absolute last minute, even if you placed the order an hour and a half ago. Their food ain't all that, especially when their nasty attitude and way of operating get in the way. All of their sauces also taste like sweet baby Ray's and A1 watered down to varying degrees. Save yourself the trouble. Go to the superior Vision BBQ instead.
This tiny little hole in the wall packs a big tasty punch! Some of the best brisket and BBQ we've ever eaten (and we've had a lot, all over the country). Service was phenomenal. And we even bought a bottle of sauce to go. The parking area is very small, but there are businesses around that will let you park there and walk a few feet to get there. We will definitely be back next time we're in town!

Maybe we went there on an off day or because we got takeout it was not prepared as well as if we ate in the restaurant, but our food was not very good. The pulled pork and pulled chicken were dry and barely 4 ounces in the same size to-go container than the sides came in. It was not satisfying for an entree portion. The platter came with only two bite-sized hushpuppies. The fried potato chips had almost no flavoring or salt on them, and the cole slaw was just shredded cabbage and mayonnaise. There was no salt, pepper, vinegar, herbs, nothing but mayonnaise. The platter was $14 which is pretty comparable to other BBQ places in the city, but was not a lot of food in total.
