These clowns tried to antagonize my 38 week pregnant wife into renewing at the most expensive price. Asinine behavior. No one needs that condescension, especially not a woman on the verge of labor.

Had a pickup time set for today 1-2. I didn’t get a notification that my order was ready until 1:36 (I was on my 30 min lunch break so I wasn’t able to pickup my order by that time!), I called and was on hold for over 10 mins and no one ever came back to me. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I will be canceling out membership and going to Costco.

Thank you to Sam’s Club automotive department for helping me out today. When I left work I discovered a nail in my rear passenger tire. The automotive department took me as a walk in and repaired my tire very quickly. They also corrected tire pressure in all my tires. I appreciate the great service.

Prices are gradually getting higher although they do have some good deals every once in a while. However, the staff in the cafe section are EXTREMELY unfriendly. Every time i order, the older woman acts like I’m such an inconvenience. Also, you will now have people approaching you as soon as you walk in trying to sell you something. As a mom, sometimes going shopping by myself is my only break. I don’t want someone approaching me while I’m making it obvious I’m not interested in their services. I’ve had both a sams and Costco membership for almost two years now, but this year it will just be Costco. They have good prices, no one hunts you down for services when you walk in the door, and all of their staff are friendly and welcoming.

I went in yesterday. 4 male employees were at the entrance inside. One employee was not wearing a mask, speaking loudly and constantly saying he just finished wiping down all the carts. Correct me if I am wrong. We are in a pandemic!!

I am a customer of 20 years with Sam's Club and plan to cancel asap. I entered the store today Friday 2/5/21. I planned to purchase tires. I went to the tire center and of the two techs in the tire department, one proceeded to help me. I explained that I would like to buy two tires to install. FANTASTIC experience today at Sam’s Club in Charlottesville. I mistakenly went inside to pickup my To Go order, where I wasn’t quick enough to grab the last three kayaks on the floor. Jamie brought out my order and was kind enough to lookup in the system if any more were available. She spent the next 40 minutes locating the kayaks in the back, flagging down managers actively avoiding eye contact because they were on phone calls, getting kayaks into the system, ringing me up s

Great prices and selection and membership price far better then Costco

My family has been a member of Sam's Club in Charlottesville since they first opened their doors. I tried to like Costco, went in a few times with friends, but it's not really any different than Sam's so I stayed.

Ive been a member for about 20+ years. I do have a question though. It is about Clorox Performance bleach. The three pack started out price wise at a bit over $9. Went to $11. And now it seems in conjunction with the Corona Virus, It jumped up to over $13. And the active ingredient % has gone down also. Is this price gouging ? Or just Clorox being greedy ?

The people that work at this Sams Club are great!!!! Jen and Deb at the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me today AND saved us money. Sam's pharmacy is working hard to do this for everyone. Sr citizens can save even more money at this pharmacy!!!!!
