Such a cool experience! We did both the hotpot and grill for dinner and had a great time. The sauce bar is fun touch! The service was a lot better than I expected. They have a button at the table to call a server but we didn't even need to use it. The time limit is pretty generous and we were very full before our time ran out. We will be back!

Unfortunately I can’t speak to the food. My family and I arrived at 9:10pm and they would not seat us. Said you have to be in by 9pm.I confirmed they close at 10pm, they dismissed us anyways. Really not cool. Poor business practice. Leaving them 2 stars cause food looked good and place looked clean. Also the host was polite but manager was waiving her hands in the background insinuating we could not be served…50 minutes before they close.

My husband and I dine here on the weekly, it’s about our 20th time now. It’s one of our top favorites for a few reasons.The whole staff is cheery and welcoming. The servers are always pleasant, helpful and seem to enjoy their work/coworkers. The food is fresh and there is so many options to pick from. You can have anything you want on the menu, as long as you can eat it (they have a food waste charge). It’s a great way to try new things.There’s also a sauce bar that has many different sauces and condiments that you can mix and match to add into your soup or dip your grill items in. Fresh fruit like sliced oranges and melon, peaches and kimchi also can be found there. Sometimes they have sweet muffins or cakes too to please the sweet tooth.The restaurant is clean and bathrooms always tidy.Oh, cannot forget - there is a cool robot that floats around the restaurant and sings you happy birthday too.I highly recommend you give this place a try - or two - because the first time is kind of overwhelming. Great food. Clean atmosphere. Attentive service.Above all GREAT PRICING! Especially the lunch time if you are okay with missing out on the dinner items. Both Dinner and Lunch are good. Definitely recommend the baby octopus. Fresh and delicious.

It was good and reasonably priced if you come hungry. Keep in mind everyone at the table needs to get the same thing, which makes sense for a buffet. We all did BBQ only.They were very responsive and the uncooked food comes out quickly. Is a good place to go for a bit of an experience along with a good meal.

The presentation is elegant, with a taste of hospitality. But the food just wasn't for us, I'm the type of person who puts salt or pepper on everything so it was hard to pick a entree, but we had a great waitress, that was patient and outgoing so thank you for our first visit.

This is my first time eating here and I was surprised about how fast their service is. Really quick, I just ordered our meat and less than a minute it is already on my table. And they are very consistent with every order. Also the food is so satisfying and made me so full in my belly. Our waiter also took an extra step of service when my wife asked for a Taro smoothie, though it is not in their menu, our waiter made a very delicious Taro Smoothie, her name is Rio. And the price of the food is very reasonable for the amount of food choices.Awesome place to eat good food.

This place is very good. The food is good and the price is fair. My one complaint is that the staff need more server training or something. Our waiter at dinner was not very attentive he walked past our table multiple times when we have empty water or were low on what we ordered or low on the broth for hotpot. Some of the time we would not even receive what we had ordered or we would receive the wrong item. I really enjoy this place so I hope these things are improved upon.
