My spouse and I were traveling and stayed at nearby motel. Shadwells was recommend. We liked it so well we ate there two nights. The first night our food and server was excellent, He was very attentive to our needs and answered any questions about the menu. The second night our waitress was terrible. We had to ask twice for items she should have brought the first time. This seemed to take her forever. We had to get her attention for refills and anything else we wanted. It seemed...
Food was good, waitress was the worst. Took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us to be seated. Once seated I had asked before could I have a high chair, never brought me one, got up and went and got my own. Took forever to get our drinks and refills and same waitress brought us our food but never brought us silver ware, asked her for it and still never got it.... ended up having to go get our own silverware. To top it all off gratuity was already added so.no wonder she was...
Good food, however, front of house needs work! So very slow with the service which I know is because of the labor shortage. Thank goodness for our server Jasmine who made our night better!
