Love this coffee shop!
Delicious coffee, great Service. Perfect place to take a coffee break while driving from southwestern Va into the jungles of NOVA.
Thanks!

Stopped here for a bathroom break and a coffee on our road trip. The coffee was good but selection was just your standard stuff. I like some fun flavors or options (note they had syrups but left it to you to come up with the combinations). Blackboard walls with chalk was a cool touch. Also bathroom was not as nice as I had hoped, definitely better than your typical gas station. Staff was pretty friendly. Pretty good overall, but was lacking something which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

Small but super clean, well maintained atmosphere with great booth seats and quality customer service. Love coming here on the weekends to get some work done with their tea and coffee! Wish they had a microwave/toaster to warm up their pastries.

I went to this coffee shop this morning and was not treated very well, at all. I said good morning and asked for a double espresso with cream (specifically flavored, if they had it), and the woman taking my order said “what you are describing is a latte” in an extremely condescending voice as if I requested an outrageous uncommon custom order. It was a really unsettling and rude experience right before going to a yoga class. This is the second time I’ve had this specific experience here and I will never return.
I have been here twice and can say this location has very nice seating options! For some reason, however, it has a bit of a smell- not exactly sure what but it is unpleasant. I have gotten a latte each time, which is not the best I have had in Cville but not bad. Service is fairly quick and the baristas are skillful.
The baristas were welcoming and friendly, with knowledge of their blends. There were people who clearly came back on a regular basis, and a warm ambiance that makes you want to sit a while. My coffee was excellent, and the gentleman at the counter helped me pick a bean that was to my own tastes. I believe there is a cup of joe for everyone at Shenandoah Joes, and it is certainly worth returning for another ☕️

This is my regular place. I come here all the time. Ian is an amazing barista with great coffee knowledge. My sole gripe is that there’s tons of car parking and nowhere to park my bike, so I have to lock it to a road sign.

Visiting our alma mater on our way down south and wanted a really good coffee shop. Found it! In Ivy, near where we were staying, and next door to WTJU, the student radio station where my husband used to dj many moons ago.
Great coffee, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. A well thought-out decor that invites patrons to sit and stay awhile. We bought a bag of their decaf coffee and had to stash it in our cooler the entire trip because the gorgeous aroma wanted to take over our lives! 😂We’re now making delicious espresso drinks at home with it. A keeper, for sure.👍🏻
