The worst cannoli I've ever had. The shells were over cooked and stale, the filling was flavorless, and they were pretty pricey. The coffee was fine, but nothing spectacular and the atmosphere is uninviting. So we paid a lot of money to be uncomftorable and eat bad cannoli.

I really wish I could give Sicily a 3.5 rating. Came in this past Saturday with a friend to try the coffee and cannolis. The place itself is super cute and has a lovely atmosphere. The service was really friendly, however since there was only one person working the bar it took over 30 minutes for us to get our two coffees and cannolis. I enjoyed my hazelnut soy latte, however my friend really didn't like his Americano. I don't know much about coffee personally, but he felt that the coffee was too watery and tasted a bit old. For the cannolis, they definitely weren't the best I've ever had. The cream was not very sweet, and the shell itself didn't have the best flavor. In the end a cannoli is a cannoli (therefore being yummy in nature) but I'm not sure if I would make the trek here again just for those.

Worst cannoli ever. No flavor except the shell which has a bit too much cinnamon, burnt and the texture was wrong. The filling had no flavor (lemon or vanilla touted in a charlottesville article), sweetness and completely lacked a ricotta texture. Tasted more like a whip cream filling. You get two stars because the coffee was good and the worker was really nice. I suspect those that loved the cannoli have never had an authentic version or is in some way affiliated with the business. I suggest a recipe revamp or you'll end up just like the Sweethaus. Ordered 5 cannolis (three chocolate chip and two pistachio) and an America macchiato.

Amazing cannolis! Light, fresh, not-too-sweet, not-too-big-or-small, made-just-for-me... perfect for the cold, rainy afternoon. I like the "tube part," which is light and cinnamony & the filling, which is also light and ricotta-y. You can choose from 4 toppings... I chose crushed pistachio & chocolate chips. Next time I'll try sliced almond & candied orange. Beyond cannoli, the tea selection is great, coffee is delicious, space is warm and cozy and parking is plentiful.

Love their cannoli! I didn't ask but it tastes like homemade ricotta The latte was delightful and I didn't feel like I was going to have a sugar overload.

I can't speak for the coffee because I didn't order any but for the Cannolis, I was so disappointed. I got four with one of each topping and they were all flavorless! They are also so heavy and dense compared to your typical cannoli. I'm from up north and know what a good cannoli is and I was just shocked with how terrible they were. I thought it was just me but when I brought them home for my husband to try he said the same exact thing. I am not big on sugary stuff but these tasted like they had no sugar in them, they tasted like plain mascarpone. Unfortunately I won't be back.

I discovered Sicily Rose via Instagram first then stumbled upon their location while at the Winter's Farmer's Market near IX Art Park and Brazo's. I ordered an American because it's been a decade or two since I've had a traditional Italian coffee. They are true Artisans here. Beautiful, clean, modern, non cluttered space; I cannot wait to go back and try more. Enjoy!

Great spot for when you're looking to get work done with the help of quality coffee and tasty treats! Sicily Rose is located in the front of Studio IX so has limited seating (roughly 6-8 tables that seat 2-4 people each). It is definitely worth snagging a spot here for some quiet productivity. I got a soy latte that was well balanced, and the cannolis are freshly made to order! You can choose up to two toppings per cannoli - candied orange, chocolate chips, pistachios, or almonds. I opted for the chocolate chip/pistachio combo which complimented each other really well and with the filling (which wasn't overpoweringly sweet). The cannolis can be a bit pricey but definitely worth to try at least once. Note: it's only open on weekdays!

Cannoli were delicious! Not too sweet and the shell was incredible. Love the ambiance of the store, nice place to meet a friend for coffee. Staff also took care in making the cannoli and were very friendly and courteous!

Really nice space inside of IX. The coffee is great per usual (same team as Milli Coffee) and the cannoli are very good. It is obvious a lot of love and work goes into making these. The staff is hard working and courteous as well. There is great outdoor seating as well and the art park is a split second away.

Sorry folks as I was so looking forward to trying your cannoli and had driven all over creation to find you we really hate to say this but these were the worst cannoli I have ever had. The lovely gal made a great cappucino and was very friendly but.....there was no taste at all to the cannoli. And we bought five of em too. Believe me I know cannoli and these are NOT it by a long shot no sweetness or ricotta taste. We paid over 26 dollars for five cannoli and two coffees to go huge disappointment !!

Well lit place to grab a cup of coffee and do some work, but definitely won't be coming back for cannolis anytime soon -- the recipe could use some major tweaking as their shells and fillings taste pretty flavorless.

The pastry was burnt and stale. The filling had no flavor. The atmosphere was cool, but definitely should not identify themselves as a cannoli bar when the selection was so limited.
