Smoked Kitchen C'ville

Poor customer service...tried to place an order on-line. The online description of The Pitmaster Package-The Classic clearly states on line that this includes 3 sides, but you only get 2. I let the establishment know and they just blew me off, like it wasn't a big deal. That is truly false advertisement and this location will NOT get anymore of my business. A business that cares about their customers would have made the change immediately and let the customer have the 3 sides, since that's what it clearly states!

We had two sandwiches, a turkey, bacon, ranch, and a fried chicken sandwich with hot honey. Both were very good. The turkey sandwich was unforgettable! We had three sides, roasted cauliflower, jalapeño, cream, corn, and cheesy bacon potatoes. They were all very good. I would struggle to rate them 1,2,3. We will definitely return a great quick stop on the way to the airport.

I stopped by to taste their cornbread. Not only did I get the cornbread, but I ordered the 1/4 lb pulled pork with the Honey Red sauce to go. I was not expecting the treat. The pulled pork was delicious 😋 and the cornbread was good. It's definitely worth going back and tryout more of what's on the menu.

Prices have sky rocketed and quality has gone down

Restaurant forgot to give us multiple items in our carry-out order and would not refund us the $20 unless we drove the 20 minutes back to the restaurant. Poor customer service, particularly considering this was their error. Will not be returning.

We spent $75 on three dinners last night, and the ribs were so undercooked we couldn’t even cut them off the bone. We’ve had better food from here before but this is really unacceptable.

Tasty but pricey. For crying out loud that salt amount on the fries will kill you and makes the fries tasteless!!!!! (Stop those stupid tactics of more salt means more drinking!)

As a resident of cville, and after having every other burger in town, smoked it by far the very best burger in cville! Dare I say it, best in central

We both got the deluxe burger and it was absolutely delicious! The fries were good and the cheesy bacon potatoes were delicious! Fast and quality service at a reasonable price. The dining area was clean. One thing I noticed was one of the cooks in the back had a toothpick and kept messing with it as he cooked and nobody had hair nets on. I’m not a germ freak at all and this doesn’t bother me but I know for some people that is a huge issue. Overall a good experience with great food, easy parking, good service at a good price.

Ribs extremely tough and not edible. We had to saw pieces of meat off the rib with a knife. Once we took a bite it was so tough we couldn't eat it. We got two orders of ribs as an option for meat pick 2 and a meat pick 3.

The brisket and pork were not great either but I wouldn't have complained about it.

Really disappointed as they up charge for the ribs and they had decent reviews. No idea how a BBQ restaurant could serve ribs that aren't even close to tender.

Would not recommend.

Amazing little spot! So good, that we ate it twice in one day! For lunch we got the chicken fried sandwich, Mac n cheese, and sweet tea. Dinner we got wings, brisket, ribs, and smoked turkey along with the broccoli salad and cheesy bacon potatoes. Everything was so flavorful and clean, arguably the best BBQ in Cville and don't even get me started on their sauces! They are all great but my favorite is the Virginia Blueberry and a nice surprise of flavor was the white sauce, which is a surprising burst of garlic, was not the flavor I expected and was delightfully surprised, definitely get the sauce sampler to find your favorite, it's worth it and at only 2 dollars it's a steal! All the desserts slap, and while you're in their fridge grab some fresh pickles to go! Will definitely be back!

Very dull atmosphere. The fries were stale, and the brisket didn’t seem very fresh but the chicken salad was ok. They up charge for all the sides so it ends up being expensive for what it is. I don’t think I have ever been to a BBQ place that doesn’t offer sauces. They had ketchup packets and that was it. They should consider bottles of sauces for the tables. With so much options in the area I think they need to make some real changes.
