I created a scheduled delivery order at 9:11. It was supposed to be here at 12. I never received it so I called the store. Their interface said that my order had been completed so I requested a refund. They ensured me that it was on the way and so I waited another hour. Remained nowhere to be found; I called back the store and was told that once it leaves their premises it’s no longer their problem. As this is a business being run for the sake of customers happiness I’m absolutely appalled. They stole my money without giving me what I ordered or any sort of useful assistance. Definitely do not recommend. I find this especially upsetting as it’s the only smoothie king in Charlottesville. I’ll definitely be turning to local businesses instead from now on. Turning away from problems created by a delivery company YOU guys chose to partner with is a gross shirking of responsibility.
