Being Christmas Eve, the restaurant was packed. Martin was extremely knowledgeable in food and wine. The food was incredible. We shared the charred eggplant, it's not what we expected, since it was more of a puree. Next we shared the grilled octopus, which was amazing! The chicken dish was also exceptional. If we lived in Charlottesville, we would definitely come back.

I want to shout to the world that the manti dumplings were one of the absolute best things I have ever put in my mouth. I can't even describe it. And everything else was very good, too. But those dumplings! Dang! The server was great, the atmosphere was busy but not overwhelming, and I loved watching the bartender work. Will definitely come back.

Pricier, more upscale version of Sultan Kebab down the street. Food is very good, among the best Turkish or Mediterranean around. Kitchen and cooks are visible. Small portions, so don't expect to feel very full. Inside is nicely decorated but a little cramped.

Very good food and service. We had several plates and enjoyed the squash soup, crudo, manti (tasted like a really quality pasta pizza?), and the standout knockdown baklava cheesecake. I would absolutely go back just for that. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant.

My family and I had a wonderful experience here for dinner. It was out first time and we wanted to try everything...and we did :) The staff was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He helped us make selections and coursed everything out for us in perfect time. The mezze trio, beet salad and hamachi crudo were delish! Possibly the best beet salad I've EVER had. And I can't say enough about the manti pasta...you must visit if you're in town.

The food was excellent. The cocktails were delicious. The limoncello was a great ending to a wonderful meal. The service was fine, but certainly not outstanding, particularly at this price point. The atmosphere was fine as well. My husband and I went here for our first anniversary. I was hoping for a romantic dinner and received a bit less than what I was hoping for. I’d certainly return for cocktails and appetizers, but I don’t think this will be a repeat for dinner for me.

Absolutely delicious food…craveable flavor! The manta dumplings are insanely good! My wife had the burger and said it was by far the best she ver had - such a great flavor & so juicy! The drinks were great as well!
