Everytime I come to this Starbucks I get THE WORST service, no matter if it's drive thru or walk in. They either forget my order completely or get in wrong in some capacity. I never get anything more than a coffee with steamed almond or soy milk and an occasional pump of vanilla.
It's like the staff is lost in space.
I only come to this particular Starbucks in desperation.
WORST service ALWAYS.

The cashier at the drive thru was not very friendly or welcoming and not what I expect from SBX service - the matcha latte with protein tasted like what I imagine old athletic socks would taste like - and so did the pumpkin muffin. Not sure if this is a location/store issue or if these items across the board taste 'off'. Not sure I will try either again.

Noah was such a nice cashier! So friendly and helpful. This was great and clean place to change our baby's diaper and rest for a moment on a road trip.

They didn’t take names, so customers were fighting over who’s drink was who’s. Very disorganized. Took 45mins to get my drink.

This is one of my preferred working spots close to home. Friendly staff, fast wifi, and the space is roomier than most other locations and there is usually plenty of seating with outlets. Only gripe is that it is REALLY cold inside. The AC is continuously on full blast aimed directly at the seating area, so bring layers if you plan to work there.

First of all your barista’s need proper training I just purchased one of your newer drinks and it was totally done wrong. She didn’t even go back to try to correct it. The salted caramel cold foam went straight into the drink and actually the drink tasted more like a cold, hot chocolate drink than what it was supposed to taste very very disappointed. Please train your barista properly. This is on the fifth Street extended Starbucks at 1:30 in the afternoon, Not too busy to get a drink right in fact there was nobody inside.

Coffee and service is extremely inconsistent. Coffee looks and taste different each visit.. if their ever open on time. Atmosphere is that of a distant dead star. If I could give a dead star I would.

Drinks were fine, was served by a very rude barista that had an attitude the whole time and belittled my little sister when she politely asked for cream cheese for her bagel that was made plain even though we ordered one with cream cheese. Then when my croissant was ready she proceeded to throw it onto the counter from 5 feet away and turned her back to me, it was very rude and very much upset my 12 year old sister for no reason.

Sold me a drink they no longer had a straw for, then had an attitude when I asked how I was supposed to drink it and I asked for a different drink. No I don’t wanna use a spoon to drink lol absolutely stupid.

Worst Starbucks in all of Charlottesville. While the drinks are good and the baristas are nice, this location is always out of ingredients and they often turn off the online ordering in the app. Wait times are also longer than all of the Starbucks’ in town.
