I’d know if a drink was mine if your ladies working at this location at 12 or so bothered to call out a name when they set a drink out on the counter. The attitude displayed when I asked whether a drink was mine was very much uncalled for.

This is perhaps the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to, I am really not sure why I keep giving it another shot other than its conveniently located and sometimes I am desperate for coffee. The two stars are for the fact that the drive-thru is fast, but maybe if they weren't so fast, they wouldn't always make such a bad drink. I do not remember the last time I went to this Starbucks that the espresso in my latte didn't taste burnt. Sometimes there are even grounds in my iced latte! Also, don't bother making additions or substitutions to your drink because they are rarely done, so you just end up paying for nothing

I've given this location a chance twice now. I don't know if this place is short staffed , but the service here is slower than molasses. The first time I ordered here, I waited 25 minutes for my drink and quite frankly, it was terrible for a 7 dollar latte. I thought maybe it was a fluke. I decided to go back more recently since I got a gift card. This time I put my order in advance on the app. I tried to go inside to get order, but they were closed for meeting (would have been nice to know as I could have gotten in the drive thru line earlier). As such, I proceeded to line, made it to window, only for them to tell me my drink wasn't ready. This was approximately 15 min after I put my order in. (App stated wait time as 4 to 7 min, which seemed accurate because there were only two cars in line by the time I drove over there) . I did finally get my drink, and it tasted fine at least. But for anyone trying to get a coffee within 10-15 minutes, don't come here, it will be at least 20 to 25 min. if not longer.

WORST STARBUCKS LOCATION ON THE PLANET. slow as christmas, baristas just standing around while the line is a mile long, orders are always wrong, and, somehow, they are ALWAYS out of cold brew. -57/10.

I have never been in a Starbucks so dirty! Behind the counter was filthy, bathrooms were dirty and there were a ton of flies flying around. I paid extra for ingredients in my drink and it was not made as requested. When I asked to have it fixed, it was corrected. Staff was not high quality either.

My boyfriend and I ordered through the app. My drink was watered down and they missed add in's to my drink and cold foam. We were in a hurry and couldn't go back in. Definitely wouldn't come back here.

I ordered 4 venti caramel frappuccinos at the drive-thru, they were giving me 4 small ones, I told the cashier that I had ordered venti and she came back with the 4 small ones that were already prepared and they just changed the cups and refilled them with cream. The worst coffees I have ever been given in my life, very bad.

Showed up and saw the drive through line wrapped completely around the building so decided to go inside only to find out in store service was unavailable which was just unbelievable. How you don’t have in store service when your drive through is swamped to help alleviate buildup is beyond me. Save yourself the 20 minutes and go to the Krispy Kreme half a mile away

Wanted to order 2 dark coffees. Nope. Out. Suggested Blonde roast. Seriously? Asked about medium. Nope. "It's been messing up lately." So, Starbucks has only Blonde roast. What changed? I just think somebody's really lazy at this particular location.
