As someone who used to work at Starbucks, I understand how the business works. I’m not sure if every Starbucks is the same as far as their drive times and getting everything out as quick as possible but every time I’ve come here for the past couple years the service has been so slow. I have an hour lunch and have spent half of that in the drive-through line. I’m not sure if you all are understaffed or your staff is not trained properly, but I know at the Starbucks I have worked at which is to time is something that is so important especially with drive-through. Not to mention one of the shift leads has had an attitude with having to remake a drink after she asked me to taste it to see if it was right, and it was not. The attitudes and slow drive time is out of this world. Not in a good way. I never leave reviews on any restaurant or fast food or coffee shop whatever you want to call it. So this says a lot

We came in this past Friday 3/15/24. My son drinks Starbucks all the time locally and we stopped here traveling out of town. He has a severe dairy allergy and it has never been an issue before. He ordered his drink dairy free as usual. Within 5 minutes of leaving we had to make an emergency stop and use his epi pen and Benadryl as he was having a severe allergic reaction to what we can assume was dairy in his drink. Completely ruined our weekend and scared the whole family. He recovered later that night. I hope writing this helps this to never happen to someone else. They were busy but this is a life threatening allergy and the situation could have been a lot worse. Shame on the employees working for taking it lightly.

I rarely go to Starbucks since I brew my own coffee. Today, I had the absolute worst bacon, egg and cheese sandwich ever. There was maybe one strip if thin bacon and a hint of guyere cheese on a chewy roll. The cost was $5.85 which is about twice what it was worth. The egg was just okay. The drive-thru is poorly marked and easy to miss. Backing up to get into the drive-thru lane was next to impossible due to the curb structure. You can tell b the tire tracks in the muddy median that others had made the same mistake. The cashier was totally distracted and shoved the credit card reader out the window with no explanation of what I was supposed to do after inserting my card. I couldn’t see a thing on the screen.once I finally got his attention he pushed a button and said something like”you’re done” He barely greeted me and there was no thanks for your business after my order was filled.Ive been in customer service all my life. I can say without a doubt that I will never return to that particular restaurant nor any Starbucks unless it’s the only coffee/food around.

As someone who typically doesn't leave reviews, I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Starbucks. Having worked in customer service myself, I understand the importance of providing exceptional service to every customer. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Starbucks left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. As I approached the counter to pay for my order, I handed the cashier a $100 bill to cover the roughly $30 purchase. Instead of a courteous response, I was met with an abrupt remark: "We are not a bank. Do you have a smaller bill?"This response was unexpected and quite frankly, unprofessional. While I understand that large bills can sometimes be inconvenient for cashiers, the tone and attitude displayed were unnecessary. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the form of payment I choose to use. The encounter left a sour taste in my mouth. Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any business, and unfortunately, this particular Starbucks location fell short in that regard.Overall, while the quality of the coffee and atmosphere at Starbucks is generally satisfactory, this particular experience left much to be desired. I hope that in the future, the staff at this location will prioritize providing excellent customer service to ensure a more positive experience for all patrons.

They're fraps taste like crushed ice, and they're so slow, and they double check the screen after you to pay to see if you tip worst Starbucks I've been to

They need to stop blocking the entire parking lot of the building they're in with their delivery truck every night. I've seen potential customers for other businesses in the plaza try to drive in then then leave because they couldn't get in the parking lot.

I find the staff all ways friendly and helpful at this and most locations. This is the location that I go by more than any other. But maybe not for long. I find that when I order a grande it's more like a tall. The coffee also taste weaker when compare to other Starbucks,

Had an inquiry on my drink order thru the app and the girl behind the register was rude off the bat to me. I understand being short staff but when someone comes in just asking a simple question nicely there is NO reason to get rude with the customer. On top of that my order wasn’t even right. ??‍♀️

This place is good the staff for the most part gives great service. The problems involve 1- the ridiculous drive-through, which is not Starbucks fault but probably the Albemarle county traffic engineer makes you drive around the building twice in order to order whatever theory they’re using. It’s ridiculous. 2- The roads as you leave the Starbucks make it difficult for you to turn left for some nonsense reason and 3- the Starbucks food wherever you are in the world is sort of this refrigerated Stuff it’ll do when nothing else is available but they could do that better . The fact that you can drive get your drink and drive off is great
