The woman working was extremely rude and berated customers for being late for pickup. What should have been a 10 second pick up turned into a 10 minute lecture from her coming across defensive. Unprofessional and rude.

Took FOREVER to get our online orders. Came up from ny for work. I would order it at 6:30 am before I even left my hotel to go to work. I got there at 6:40am and still didn’t get my drink just a drink until 6:50am 6:52am. Mind blowing how long it would take . One time I didn’t get it until 7. Good thing my work knew it took so long to get it

The sweetest team - even when they’re slammed, they go out of their way to check on everyone that is waiting. They will accommodate you if you’ve been waiting in person for some time. Never unpleasant, easily my favorite!

I’ve been here a few times just for one thing—a Matcha Latte. The customer service is always great, and the staff is super friendly, but they really need to work on their matcha game. Every time I order, I end up with chunks of matcha in my drink, and let’s be real, that’s disgusting. As a former barista, I know it’s an easy fix, so please show the team how to properly mix it!😅
